   This is Embershard Mine, very visible black line appears

   I found a problem, minerockwall03.dds and minerockwall03_n.dds has a line on the each left, right edge, just 3pixel
   black line was easily identified by attaching the normal map to the side

      I have no idea - I don't see any lines in my files. My only guess is that it's from the vanilla mesh for that wall but maybe it was less noticeable with vanilla textures? I've seen that line in a few other random places but couldn't figure out where it was coming from.

      That's a seam do to the meshes not being completely aligned with each other. That's just bad work by the Bethesda def who designed that dungeon.

    I truly appreciate the 1k textures! is there any way you can make the rest of your textures mod have a 1k option as well? my pc is not the greatest but it can handle anything that's 1k just fine

       You can try packing 2k textures in an archive and compressing them, then loading them in with an esl, should help with your pc.

       use this tool called octagon https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/28773.
       
       it allows you to properly downsize textures and more things too.
