    No need for an update. okame update was minor, so my translation is compatible with version 3.4.

    Hey so I don't know what I did wrong, but the followers aren't saying anything, like the text shows up but they don't actually say anything. Is there something else I need to download? I downloaded the original and the translation mod and I don't know what else needs to be done

      I have this issue too, they talk but nothing can be heard. Using the original mod by itself works, I can hear them but it's in the Oldrim Form 43 format, this mod makes it Form 44 but disables their voices for some reason

      That is strange, because the original mod had not been updated, so mine should work fine.

    I have both this mod and the original mod both in my vortex, but when I go in game all the subtitles and dialog are just boxes? Can someone explain to me what I am doing wrong?

    having a problem.
    the text just shows up as Squares.
    i used vortex to install the mod. 
    any tips?

    I have a problem where the custom characters subtitles do not show. The translation works fine I guess (I can see my own text and their names in English) but they don't show any text below, unlike the rest of the characters

      Fixed it. For some reason the dialogue subtitles was off even tho it was working for every other single character in the game

    Does anyone know if you can have 2 versions of this mod active at the same time? I really like the older design of Noemi (wavy hair) too bad it got removed in the updated ones. But I still would like to have the new characters. :/

      You have to mess with the mod files of the okame mod. I think changing hair is not that hard to figure out and Skyrim has pretty comprehensive and easy to use modding tools.

    I'm glad I found this mod.  I did not like the idea of trying to find a translation tool and all of that.  It was the one thing keeping me from downloading this particular follower mod.  I know there is the vanilla voices, but I felt you would miss out on a lot that way.  Once I saw this and your sticky about it still working I downloaded both the mod and this translation of it.  So far so so good.  I have just started using it though.

    This did not work at all for me.
    I installed the OK Custom Voice followers with the Japanese voice, then I installed this mod.
    I went to Noela and she spoke to me in Japanese.

    Is there something that needs to be done after the install? I don't see anything in the Description.
    I installed this right after the OK mod, should I have launched and saved the game first?

      That depends on how did you install it, clearly you are doing something wrong. Anyway this is just a esp files swap, so the easiest solution would be taking the esp file from the corresponding folder of my mod and overwriting the one that comes with the original mod.

      But it's beyond me. From what I can find, your esp is a folder and the original mod's is a file. I don't see anything else coming up in my hdd search.
      Maybe I'll remove all of it and try again. I'm only up to level 3 this game so it's not terrible if I wreck it.

      Just manually open my mod archive, take the esp file from 00 Main folder of my mod (if you are not using AFT) and replace the one that comes with the mod.
      It's lot easier to use a mod manager though, I always use the MO2 and it never failed me.
      P.S. Usually there is nothing there to wreck in a save file if you are messing with companion mods, I had 100+ companions, and was constantly deleting, merging and moving companions in order to reduce their amount.

      Thank you for trying to help me, I really appreciate it.

      But I can't get it to work.

      I'm using Vortex.
      I even did a manual download into a separate folder and copied the esp into the data folder.
      I checked for Windows updates and updated .net
      I uninstalled both mods and removed them too, then reinstalled.
      I am using AFT, and I installed the OK mod with that selected. I then installed the AFT version of your mod (oh right, that was the version I manually copied to Data too).
      I set the OK mod to load before yours.
      I ran FNIS after each mod's install.

      I'm lost. I'll just leave everything as it is for now and not use them. Maybe something will come up.

      It's working for others so obviously the problem is on my end.

      I was having a problem with text too; I just didn't focus on that.

      I should try this again.
