Hi friends! I just add some comparison screens, for now I changed the most "necessary" ones. FULL VERSION ADDED, 10 armors changed. ASSETS ADDED, the Realistic Armors assets required are in the Main download page now.
- The Immersive Armors use the same model for heavy and light armors, I changed that giving each one an unique appearance. - The boots, gloves, gauntlets, helmets, etc, of each armor were also changed. - The armor's names also changed, according to its version, for example, "Boiled Chitin armor" is now "Iron Lamellar armor". - I used ALL the armors that the Realistic Armor mod supplies.
- I can't do a FOMOD version, it will require almost 100! different ESP files, BUT I can do "requests", for example, you want the Spellbinder armor or the Shaman armor, or both untouched? I can do that.
- v1.1 updated, fixed one armor record, just download and overwrite, no need to do a clean save game, etc. - v1.2 added optional standalone Morrowind Glass armor replacer. - v1.3 added optional standalone WitchPlate armor replacer. - v1.4 fixed the standalone Morrowind Glass replacer meshes path. - v1.5 added optional standalone Glacial Crystal armor replacer. - Glacial-Crystal-v1.1 fixed missing folder, thanks to OracleofGanta for the heads-up.
I just uploaded a Morrowind Glass standalone replacer, check the optional downloads, and have fun! There was an error in the meshes path of the Morrowind Glass replacer. New fixed version uploaded (Morrowind-Glass-v1.1). It should be "Armor" not "Armors", you can change it yourself if you don't want to download all the patch again. Thanks rakigako for the heads up.
WitchPlate armor replaced by the Scale Nord armor, check the optional downloads. The WitchPlate armor is not so ugly, but it fells a bit outdated.
Thanks for the Morrowind Glass standalone! :) I'm gonna keep my eyes out in hopes of a Chitin standalone as well, but you've definitely removed one major eyesore from my game. ^.^
EDIT: Oops, it's totally there already and I missed it. XD Thanks again!
Been using this for a while now and I love it. If you ever revisit this mod, would you consider an option that leaves the Falkreath armor as is. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/75891 makes that armor look quite good but I still prefer this mods replacements with the other armors. Either way, thanks for sharing your work. I always look forward to your creations, tweaks, and fixes.
Wow, I'd love to get that Witchplate replacer or just this whole set in general as a standalone that distributes itself with it's own leveled list. Lots of cool armors here but I don't use immersive armors.
Is first set of armor shown in screenshots steel scaled armor and looks more bronze-ish due to lighting, or is it some other set? https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/1704/images/36746/103181-1591042057-1093269926.jpeg
It's been a while since I've modded skyrim, so I apologize for my ignorance here. I absolutely love this mod, but the helmets, gauntlets, and boots are the only things that have been visually replaced when worn. For some reason, the actual torso section of the steel scaled armor is not being replaced. Am I missing something, or is this an error with the latest update of the game?
Is there a way to get the replacement textures to work with ALLGUD? I used the morrowind glass replacer, but when the shield flips to my back it turns back to the green glass shield texture.
ALLGUD is using an old mesh file (it must be using mine when equipped, and the old one when in the back), so it needs a patch, but I don't use it. You could ask them.
Thanks for this essential mod. Just to verify, this will probably *not* work with this mod that integrates Immersive Armors into OWL and replaces the Immersive Armor esps, right?
Hi. I don't use that mod, but it seems that my ESP patches won't work with it, only the standalone replacers, as the "Glacial Crystal armor replace" for example.

Thanks
Try setting my patches last in your load order.
And happy modding!
Edit: If you are using Wrye Bash, rebuild it's Bashed Patch.
I used the morrowind glass replacer, but when the shield flips to my back it turns back to the green glass shield texture.
Your attention to detail and realism is on a level seldom reached.
Thank you for adding your treasures to our load list.
