(hopefully) fixed the wonky wobbly weapon clipping

- fixed 3rd person footstep sounds
- slightly reduced head turning idle trigger chance

- fixed twisted wirst while catching snowflakes
- fixed armor bending on the torso
- added installer option for Lexy's LOTD Guide

Refined animations and added a new default running animation without chicken-head bobbing, also running animations for gluttony/hunger.

fixed an issue where male animations would only play in 30fps instead of 60

- general animation tweaking
- added sunblocking with shield
- redid folder structure again

1.0.6a - small hotfix because I messed up the sun blocking animation condition - it's fixed now

Somehow I messed something up with the animation files, kids and all that.. should all work as intended now.

- disabled all animations in Abandoned Prison to not interfere with character creation (if you don't use ASLAL you absolutely should.)
