Nordic UI disables ALL loading screens by default and is not very clear about it. You need to select "No Empty Background" or "None" under "Loading Screen" in its FOMOD installer to keep loading screens. Use "No Empty Background" to get the level bar and font changes from Nordic UI. -

Does anyone know of a way to disable the mouse while on a loading screen so you can't zoom/move these?

I installed this mod and now I only get a black screen no matter what I do. :/ I even tried booting up without mods and my game is screwed.

my loading screens are very dark , like i turned the brightness all the way down . I can see the textures behind but its ultra dark . does anyone know why ?
