Adds a large coastal player home in the ruins of winterhold. (Adoption compatable)

In the ruins of winterhold is a tower where the students of winterhold college practice the arts of portals and conjured a portal leading to a retreat hidden in skyrim's mountains on the coast.
This will add a Retreat built in a mountain with coastal views and exterior lighting, so your home will always have a different feeling when visiting. Perfect getaway home for your family and followers! (Adoption Compatable)
Entrance is located under the bridge of winterhold college in the ruins along the coast.
Features:
-Beds for 10+ followers
-3 Children beds with room for 4
-Basement area with Skyforge, Blacksmith, Smelter, Tanning, Grindstone, Anvil workstations
-Enchanting and alchemy
-Oven and stove
-Planters
-Some shrines around the place
-Temple of Portals
-Bathing room
-Master bedroom
-Childrens Room
-Kitchen/Dinner
-Library
-Follower Quarters
-Greenhouse
-Main hall with a massive Balcony
-Weapon Racks all over
