Removed the Stormcloak army north of Whiterun, as they were left with no opponent to face. All that was left was a Stormcloak squad. After facing an Imperial commander, they move south. There are scattered Imperial soldiers guarding the Whiterun pass. They will face the Stormcloaks and will diminish their numbers, but will eventually lose the battle. It's up to the player to decide if the remaining Stormcloaks should live or die.

Fixed 2 Argonians to use Argonian voices
Fixed most adventurers and bodyguards to not walk around with their weapons drawn. If they do, there's an actual reason for it now.
Both Debugging Options are set to ON for people experiencing these issues, but there is an option to switch them OFF in the MCM, to save a few resources.
These options will take care of bugged soldiers whenever they are encountered.
