Added Improved Bonemold Bolts, craftable after unlocking other improved bonemold equipment alongside any other requirements for crafting bonemold bolts. Improved bolts cannot be found in any loot and are craft only, just like their armor counterparts.

Removed Stalhrim Bolts from the main Rare Curios levelled list, this was never an intended inclusion.
Added an optional patch that restores the Stalhrim Bolts to the list for those wishing to have them there anyway.
