Well, not really because it would dispel on fast-travel, so it wouldn't be a big problem imo (wrong info). Anyway the question itself is irrelevant, because I use "Brighter torches and toggle-able brighter candlelight" (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1552) for a long time, which makes Candlelight an infinite no-cost spell that you can dispel casting it second time.
I uhh.. have to apologize for giving you false information; that's kinda embarrassing actually, but (after some search) here goes: you are right, Candlelight cannot be dispelled on fast travel, "There is no way to cancel the effect of the spell other than waiting until the spell duration is over." (c) http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Candlelight_(Skyrim) But, if you fast-travel time passes by, so here is where I got it wrong - I simply fast-traveled for a long enough distance for Candlelight duration (mere 60 sec) to be over and remembered that as if it would dispel (I hope for your understanding I use Candlelight mod for a long time, so that wrong "remembering" was long ago, but in any case I should've double-checked the info before saying it). So, exactly as you said, indeed, if the duration of spell is very-very long (infinite), it would not "dispel" because there would be not enough time passed on fast-travel to do so. So yeah my first request doesn't really makes sense in the first place. Sorry again for saying wrong stuff. I hope that the mod I mentioned earlier would satisfy your needs for nice Candlelight if you had any :) and that I provided some useful info in that case anyway.
There have been toggleable Candlelight (and other spells) mods pretty much since the beginning of Skyrim modding. Cast once to turn on, again to turn off. There was a great one for base Skyrim that combined that with what this mod does, but I'm still looking for one which does that for SE.
Just downloaded this and haven't even tried, but still want to say thanks. The radius of the vanilla light is abysmal and has been killing me from the inside for ever. I don't remember this being such a pain back in the old Skyrim. Maybe because now I have the realistic lighting overhaul. So thanks!
These mods are the best in Skyrim IMHO. Smaller mods that address specific things that may be lacking in the vanilla game. Mods like these will usually just work and will continue to work no matter how many updates. Their simplicity, and functionality, is a thing of beauty.

As a result, no .esp from this mod appears in the plugin list.
Some guidance on this problem, please? Anyone?
