Just a question when i read the description, this part:
"Don't give NPC my mod potion,It is useless when NPC use"
What does it mean exactly?
-the npcs use potion but no animation?
-the npcs can't use the potion?
-or something bug related? -
This Mod only works with your weapon Drawed, also the sound is not similar to Dark Souls and only 3 types of potion ... and NO .esl
... uninstalling -

Think I'd be willing to pay money for someone to make a mod like this but that works for all potions. I don't want to use Fnis or Nemesis but also don't want to be limited to just these three potions.

For people still unsure... This mod is working in AE 1.6.640.0.8.
Crafting recipes - working as intended.
Potions - working as intended.
Animations - working as intended (will only play animation with weapons in hand/unsheathed) -
The posts below are confusing, some say it works in AE, some don't.
I have 1.6.353 and could not get this to work, at all, before you say anything, I did make the potions according to the recepie the author posted in the description, but nothing, no animation.
I tried that "trick" he writes about, but that just took me to a video of some chick dancing, I nevertheless, downloaded the file mentioned in that video, but no explanation as to were to paste it, if it is DAR or in the mod folder.
I gave up, found this mod:

Which works perfect in my game version.
I know the author's first language may not be english, but if you want people to use your mods you gonna have to give a bit more info in how to install them.
Better off writing them in your native tongue and people that don't understand, can google translate. -

Animation doesn't work for me. I have AE installed. Nothing conflicts with the mod.

Hmm? It works for AE 1.6.3.5.3 to the very least. It only plays when weapon is unsheathed. If it is sheathed then potion is consumed without animation.
+1 for slightly weaker potions to be added or guide how to change

can you add weaker potions? like ones that only restore 25 or 50? or how could i do that myself maybe?
