Just a reminder in case you missed it in the Description:
RaceMenu’s ‘new slider’ functionality only works on Version 0.4.15 or above, which was released early October. If you use an older version of RaceMenu in conjunction with this mod, your game *will* crash, so please make sure you update RaceMenu before using this mod.
Custom Races do not currently work out-of-the-box - there's not really an elegant way around it on my end. Luckily the solution on the user end is fairly simple. Just find the races.ini file in my mod under Meshes\actors\character\FaceGenMorphs\NK_EarAddonSlider.esp and add the internal names of the races you're using. Basically add two lines to the bottom of the .ini that look like what I've pasted below, except replace the names of the race with whatever your Custom Race calls itself in the CK for the first line, and whatever the Vampire version of that race is called for the second line. Repeat for multiple Custom Races.
The main reason I haven't packaged the mod with these lines for custom races out of the box is that I don't have time to test all of the Custom Races out there and make sure they actually work if you add the lines, and I don't want to claim I'm supporting something I haven't tested. Also because there's a ton of Custom Race mods out there and I don't feel like taking the time to find out what all of their internal names are. It'll work for like 90% of them, though if you just manually add it on your end.
Feel free to reply to this comment with any Custom Races you've gotten to work with this mod (and what their CK names were) so others will know what works, and so I know what races I can add on my end in a potential future update.
Any possibility of adding the custom half elf ears from "Elven Ears for Breton NPCs"? I'd really like to use them for my Breton character but even with the player equippable file they don't get rid of your actual ears so they just end up clipping
re-entering racemenu, by command or another mod, makes eyes disappear (vanilla and modded). Disabling this mod solved this issue. Is problem only on my end or with this mod? Fresh install, everything latest. Steam lates patch+AE. Grim's ears only. Thanks
I've heard a few rare other reports of similar behavior, but I've never found out what the culprit is - possibly some kind of AE weirdness. This mod doesn't touch eye records in any way so it shouldn't have that effect in any way that I can think of. Perhaps it's some kind of incompatibility with another mod somehow? I'm at a loss of what to suggest, unfortunately.

EDIT: I've read some posts on your horns aplenty mod page and it seems this mod has the same problem, its the Faster HDT SMP mod. And just like you said, update Faster HDT SMP to its latest version fixed the ear disappearing when loading a save. Thanks!
So I would absolutely love a multi slider mod for different parts. Different feet models, different tails, horns, schlongs, maybe even skin textures and normal maps. Right now I'm primarily looking for a way to replace feet on only my character without making custom boots.
Same unfortunately, which is shame because they don't fit my head as well as I would. I can also concur that I have the ears disappearing/eyes going blank issue with this mod. That part really sucks because I keep having to fix it for my screen archery lol
really unsure what i'm doing wrong. downloaded ys abyssal (as its the only one now available on nexus) - the main file without the "ear color slider", downloaded this and installing the ys abyssal optional patch, made sure the esp is disabled in my plugins via vortex, but every time i try to change the ear addon slider, CTD. few times it didn't entirely, but there seems to be duplicates of the ears.
