There is a problem with a navmesh, in the quest with Mara priest. He can't pass the gates even if it's open, the priest absolutly wants to go to the left where there's the wall. It's better to wait after this quest to install this mod until there's a fix
It seems to be, but would this be compatible with the Beyond Skyrim: Wares of Tamriel mod? It adds a boat, but I'm not sure if the boat would be touching the western water tower defense from this mod. If anyone could confirm this it would be appreciated !

Thanks for the patch it fix floating issues. But i still can see some problems with the bench being right (one side of the bench is in diagonal). The stoop door of the smith appear near right the door for me. Still i dunno if it's on my side or the patch...
I'd love to see someone make a patch that removes the landscape edits and terrain edits for the area where Morskom estate is placed. The estate has it's own wall and gate at the back and would work perfectly with the rest of this mod if parts were reverted back.
This is not compatible with Cities of the North - Dawnstar as you have edited the landscape and it makes a few buildings inaccessible due to this. it definitely needs a patch.

Hi! Sorry I didn't actually get a notification that you replied to my message. I need to go back and remove a few masters as I accidentally used it as a merged World Edit patch and forgot about uploading it....I will upload and message you this weekend with the patch hopefully. It shouldn't take too long to edit out.
Without a patch? You will see floating buildings - specifically noticeable around the smithy. I actually lost this file in the move and don't have the time to re-do this right now, but I will get around to it soon. I have to refamiliarize myself with the terrain editing in the CK as it's been awhile.

Little sidenote for everyone, if you are using Carriage and Ferry Travel Overhaul (Formerly Complete Fast Travel Overhaul) you can use CFTO - Dawnstar by Arthmoor Patch to move the carriage away from overlapping this mods wall
