      Same issue, summoned a fire atronach and now my magicka won’t regenerate

    is there a mod that just decrease the damage value of all destruction spells including modded spells?
    I read the description for this mod, and it say it would make powerful spells more powerful but expensive, I want to use powerful spells without draining mana and at the same time not one shot enemies with them

    Hello, guys. How is it going?
    I have a doubt, I don't know if it's a bug or if it's meant to be.
    I'm playing Skyrim LE.
    I chose this mod because it doesn't touch the Enchanting Tree Perk. I enchanted my armor in order to get -100% Destruction Magic cost and it works well with spells. But when I enchanted my weapon with Destruction Spells, I notice 2 things.
    The first is that I don't get damage bonus Destruction Perks.
    The other this is the weapon's enchantment charge is consumed with each hit, as if I weren't receiving the magic consume reduction bonus.
    I'm also using "Unlimited Enchantments" and "EzEs -Artifact Disenchanting-". I don't know if those affect "Empowered Magic".
    Has anybody else had this case? Could you help me?

    This mod is so underrated, such a shame that no one seen to care about making mods compatible with it. I particularly love the changes to illusion and I'm amazed no one else thought about making something similar.

    This was my favorite magic rebalance mod from old skyrim but I never remember the soul trap changes. I assume that's a recent addition? I believe I've figured out how to revert in xEdit but I'd really appreciate an option within the mod.

    I'm seeing some strange stuff with this mod, I think.
    "Fast Healing" costs nearly 2,000 magika/
    Transmute Mineral Ore simply will not work.
    Soul Trap does not function at all, even with 5 soul gems (of each size) in my inventory.

    I have the mod (and it's DLC counterparts) at the bottom of my load order, and I can, with 100% certainty, tell you it's a problem with this mod alone (disabling it makes all of these spells function normally).

    It's been bugging me for days - much longer than is merited, but I thought I'd share and see if anyone had some insight?

      I have the same issue with soul trap.
      Additionally, all my armor spells still only last 60 seconds

    I have played with some other mods that changed the damage of the spells since i allways experienced that magic gets very cheap to use.. but doesn't put a dent on the enemys at some point anymore. Now the spells are much stronger.. but also cost nothing: it's very easy to achieve a high number in cost reduction for the different schools with not that high of an enchantment level.. I'm easily got at the point where i can apply a 58% cost reduction even without any of the clothing mods at which point you can do that even more easily (abviously through fortify enchantment in a potion and 4 enchanted clothes enchanted with fortify achemy). Basically what happens at that point.. technically an even easier to obtain 2* 30% reduction would do the job quite well too.. is that you just cast the spell whichever you want to. For me: i had a enhanced destruction enchantment mod that.. just jets me destroy most things without getting close to the enemy in seconds.. (Deadly dreagons and some encounter mods got me high on the save again but it got very boring for some amount of time.) All in all.. Have fun.Useless comment. (Costy spells is a comparidly useless addition in a mod bc =*1mio is obviously still 0. Spells just.. dont cost anything anymore.)

    I used the old 4.x version years ago, and loved it. But reading the effects now in version 6....man, this went into crazy town.

    Cloaks dispelled when sneaking, good, but only 30s duration? What, so re-re-re-recast in the middle of fights? Why? Every other change seems to be intended to reduce recasting.

    Necromage....just...what? No healing... for a higher base regen and a paltry 15% spell reduction cost? That probably isn't even additive with enchanted reduction costs, like Stability wasn't?

    Soul stealer...What was wrong with cloak of souls? And the bugs others commented on, aggroing npc's, I'm not surprised. Cloak did that too, but wasn't permanent.

    Displacement...50% better than the top lightarmor perk, at a mere 40 Illusion? Come on.

    Heck, I LOVED this mod back then, probably my favorite mod. But this, I can't use this.
