   I'm very pleased and excited to announce my re-creation of the original mod. My new mod will be releasing in April and is a huge upgrade from the original. It is called "Become High King of Skyrim - TNG" (or BHKS-TNG). I have a TON of content and features planned and I'm in the final phase of development. I'll talk more about the new features when the mod is released. This will be compatible with all versions of Skryim (except maybe GOG as I don't know how to test that).       It is a full ESP, but has no requirements. It is also pretty small for what it is in GB.

   when I try to set myself to high king with the command it just says "unknown variable 'aaishighking'."

   You need a patch for Obedient Ulfric which makes Ulfric marriageable although a bit of a creepy stalker at times.  Maybe look at Obedient Ulfric to see how to do the same with Ellisif???
