Version 1.4
Renumbered formIDs for sublists for better compatibility. They are now overrides of the main game's sublists where doing so made sense - so not for Morrowind Glass sets. Those are still separated so they only spawn on Solstheim.
Removed dozens of list records that were invalidated by "the flattening," as I shall now call the dozens of renumbered formlists.
Fixed broken cube map on Silvered Ebony. It now looks glossy, instead of matte like in the screenshot. Whoops!
Removed ITM of Whiterun Guard Barracks. I don't know how it got there.
Fixed the swapped models on Thalmor Elven Light/Thalmor Elven Gilded.
WACCF Patch: Updated for WACCF 2.5.
WACCF Patch: Added Alchemy enchanted variants for Iron helmets.
WACCF Patch: Added (or, more accurately, implemented - they were already in the esp) white-furred Steel w/ Pauldrons enchanted variants to leveled lists.
WACCF Patch: Added Waterbreathing enchantments to Ebony and Steel helmets in the 05 and 06 (Ebony) or 03 and 04 (Steel) leveled lists.

Skeletons and Wrathmen will now have randomized iron helmet variants.
Helmets found around Dwarven ruins will use a random variant if they roll as Iron.
Orcish Stronghold npcs will now have randomized iron helmet variants to go along with the rest of their randomized iron gear. Don't expect it to match, not possible to do matching sets without editing the NPC record and I'm not doing that.
Fethis can now sell iron helmet variants instead of only the base version.
Sinmir, some of the souls in the Soul Cairn (not that you'll be able to tell), Sirkjorg, and Herkja will now spawn with randomized matching iron sets with banded cuirasses.

Any actors which pull their outfit from ArmorCompanionsAllOutfit will now correctly spawn with armor and not naked. The record is unused in the vanilla game, but this may improve mod compatibility.

Fixed LItemEnchArmorHeavyBoots not dropping AVL versions of tier 2 and 3 iron boots, or any AVL Steel boots.
Fixed messed up Steel Shields in LItemEnchArmorHeavyShield - there are no AVL steel shields, but I accidentally acted as though there were and ended up with studded cuirasses in here.
Fixed Nordic Shield dropping from DLC2LItemArmorHelmetHeavy - again, there are no AVL Nordic Helmets so that subrecord didn't need touching.
Fixed the EnchArmorHeavyNoDragon and EnchArmorHeavySpecial leveled lists not dropping steel enchanted variants.
