a shoutout to this specific player home. Haafingar Hall may be my favorite end-game playerhome. it has everything you could possibly want from a player home, including custom ammenities found on very few other homes, while not being excessively large.
it is ESPECIALLY good for alchemists, sporting not only a hyper organized basement with -several- greenhouses to fill up, but it has planters scattered all across the main building and outside of the structure letting you all but customize what exactly is visible. Add this to the option to change the texture / look of walls floors banners and whatnot and you have -one- player home that can fit a shady assassin in one save, a pious paladin the next, a deranged experimentalist on the last.
the option to order in bulk ingredients also makes it easier to start planting items. it's expensive, but a trained alchemist can often payn it back tenfold.
the location is pleasant, the price (23K) is high enough to not be a cheap pick while not being so prohibitively costly you must mega-grind for it. Just all around an amazing choice. happy to endorse and recommend.
Hi, Love this Player Home, it's my Go-To every play-through. Perfect size, with plenty of storage without it being ridiculously cluttered.
However, I'd like to 'mod' the exterior. Add walls/fences along the driveway, maybe add a gate, put in a Archery target, stuff like that. In light of that, what World Space Coordinates am I looking for in Creation Kit? I'm assuming SoiltudeWorld, yeah?
i myself had this wonderful mod on the console and love it! but the problem is: despite getting this SE version and not the older Skyrim mod for my PC AE game, Vortex said it was made an older version of the game and may cause unforeseen issues! @K13RAN64, any way that you can resolve this? I ask cuz I really want to get this for my PC Skyrim Anniversary Edition
Is there anywhere where I can customize the basement? I don't want it to look plain. (edit) nvm i found it but is there anywhere to put jars? like the bee and butterfly jars?
Once you've got your head around how the controls work, drop whatever item you want to place on the floor, pick it up using Jaxons control scheme, manipulate it however you wish and place it, then release control, and it stays where you put it!!
Also, note on the LH side that you can scale items. That there is a scaled-up Pelagius' Hip Bone . . .
