    So half the scripting for Jyte's Quest kept disappearing entirely in previous versions, causing all the bugs. I don't know if it was something I was doing or it was caused by the updates being pushed to the vanilla game and CK, but either way I'm hoping this update fixes it.

    I've changed it slightly so that the note never becomes a quest object and the quest only appears in the journal after the note has been read. If anyone happens to do the quest on a clean save and could report back on if its working properly, that would be appreciated.

    I seem t o be getting floating farm buildings crates etc and some extra floating landscape especially leading up to the steps of that plaza. Anyone else having these issues? I had it all working before

    Can you make a patch or request one for JK's Thieves guild please. 

    I know that ive gone passed the trinity restored quest because i had to just jump over the rocks but i cant find the note saying to talk to the argonion anywhere. Also in that little secret room you havent moved the walls to connect to the basements back wall so you can see the void when you pan the camera.

      Anyway, I can look in to making a patch for the note but that note doesn't actually have any scripting attached to it, its just an in-game reminder. Hides-in-leaves dialogue should be available after you get told to meet brynjolf and karliah at the stone in trinity restored. Being at the appropriate quest stage is the only requirement for that dialogue. Did you talk to him at that point? If so and it didn't work, do you have any mods that modify the TG questline? I just ran through the quests to test it and its working for me so I need something more to narrow down the issue.

      Sorry. The bug report was mainly about seeing the void in the secret room.
      I couldnt get any dialogue with him. Ill load a previous save to check but because i couldnt find him anywhere so i just jumped over. Now youre saying its tied to that one specific moment in the quest, i cant talk to him again? maybe have the key somewhere else so if people dont know they have to talk to someone for that then they arent locked out of that access route? ive had to open it with console commands

    Saw you asked about Jyte's quest so here's my experience:

    Quest worked mostly fine. Had 2? issues.

    1. I only had the one dialogue option with the other NPC letting her know. If it was meant to allow me to ask her about her concerns, I didn't get that.

    2. I could turn the quest in and get the reward (killing ONLY Tolvar), but the quest itself never actually completed. I could repeat the dialogue option to get the reward over and over.


    I'm using Dock overhaul, JK's outskirts and Northshore district, but I have all the patches and load order as mentioned in the description here.

      1. That sounds like its working as intended. Elabyth only mentions that she isn't sure Jyte has the right idea but she won't just come out and say "I think you should murder them all." She only gets the extra reward dialogue after you decide on your own to take that route.

      2. 100% right about this one. The kill-em-all route is working as intended but the assassin route dialogue isn't advancing to the completion stage of the quest. I can fix it for the next update, in the meantime you can setstage RiftenExtQ1 50 if you just want it out of your quest journal now.

    The secret room in the workhouse that normally leads to the Nightingale place needs a very very small rework. The walls dont touch the back wall of the room completely reviling the void quite a bit. Easy to miss but noticable when you pan the camera slightly. Also the argonion isnt talking to me for the quest for the key. Theres no extra dialogue for him so i had to jump around

    Hi everyone!
    Can anyone tell me if there is a patch that allows me to use Southwoods, Riften Docks overhaul and JK jk's riften outskirts together?
    I see patches for JK and Southwoods, for Southwoods and Riften Docks, for JK and Riften Docks... Maybe these will work together? Or not? I don't want to choose :(

      On the page for Northshore district (my other Riften mod) there are patches and a load order to combine this, Northshore, Docks Overhaul and JK's Outskirts. If you want to skip Northshore and just use this, docks and JK's then I'm not 100% sure. Outskirts and Southwoods have basically no overlap so I think you can get away with just slapping on the two patches for Docks, but I haven't tested it

      JK's Riften Outskirts Patch Collection has a patch for exactly this. Been using that combo with no problem.

      I'm relying on google translate for this so apologies if my answer isn't what you're looking for.

      After the civil war quest that captures the Rift the guards are supposed to be replaced by Imperial guards and the original guards should be gone. What you're describing with them fighting each other is an old bug that should have been fixed several versions ago, so if you're seeing that on the current version then the bug is back again. I don't check up on this often because I don't often finish the Civil War when I actually play the game myself.
