So let me make sure I'm understanding this right. This patch will make it so that the breton paladin mod's quest doesn't exist, and instead I do the LOTD quest to get the crusader armor, which will look like the BP armor ofc, but it will still maintain the LOTB armor buffs and only LOOK like the BP armor? Or will it have the BP armor enchantments and looks with the LOTB quest?
If you delete or disable the esp, the breton paladin won't exist, and the LOTD crusader armour will only have the appearance of the breton one, not it's enchantments abilities or anything far from that
Can you give further instructions on extracting the archive? Where do I need to extract it to? What do i get once i extracted the archive? And do i still need the esp from this page?
Does that matter? I just unpacked the bsa in the data folder and the esp is also in the data folder. The armor now has the model and textures of frankfamilys mod but i dont know if that will bring problems with the esp and the dragonborn quest
the fact that you're extracting stuff into your data folder just shows you don't use a Mod Manager and means you're asking for problems. Doesn't matter where you extract it, those files will not be overwritten by anything, it's just cleaner to throw it into a mod manager. If you disable the esp of this mod, then what are you even downloading? Use your common sense.
I have the .esp from this mod and the .bsa from the Artifacts mod in my data folder (Artifacts .esp is deleted) but I'm not getting the new textures on the Crusader armour. Any tips?
Nevermind, I got my answer when the armor was invislble in the game haha. I also wanted to check whether the scripts folder from the Artifacts mod is required, or whether it's okay to hide/delete it. Thanks!
That's weird, Skull Crusher ground model and display model are normal, but first person, third person, inventory models are using old LotD assets..why?
EDIT: Figured it out, the 1st person model (WNAM) of the weapon record needs to be changed to new model path as well, otherwise first person, third person, inventory models are going to use old LotD assets, it's linked to STATIC.
EDIT2: Yep, not only Skull Crusher, other weapons needs their first person model changed as well.
It will depend on load order, one is overwritten by the other, as they are touching the same entries. Personally, I'm making an xEdit patch, where the CC armor is a replica (coz it looks cheap) and the FF armor is the "actual" armor.

I have no idea how this isn't part of the official patcher!

I dont fucking know how i let that slip ....
I do not take into account paid mods when I work, behavior when using them is unknown to me.
Do I select "Yes" or "No"?
Sorry if this is a stupid question - New to this BSA thing.
