Be sure that Mace of Aevar Stone-Singer's meshes and texture changes overwrite the ones present in Legacy of Dragonborn. Otherwise, you won't see IconicDeath's amazing changes! Removes my mace placement in favor of LotD's.

Changes the chance of freezing from 25% to 10%. Although vanilla Chillrend's chance of paralyzing in vanilla is also 25%, some may want that effect to occur less often, especially since the stats of the mace are already strong. Works with LotD Patch.
