I suppose is a reason to utlize the skyforge more often? Ancient Nord Hero is pretty high up there on the dps ratio - it's actually near ebony. Stalhrim is just slightly under dragon, I've not looked at this mod but if the result is Ancient Nord Hero Stalhrim I'd imagine makes the Stalhim as good or better than Dragon.
When playing in survival you tend to notice weapon costs per dps to risks. Stalhrim is the most expensive in game considering daedric hearts can be bought over time, and dragon well you have to kill a few no matter what and Ebony mining is easy.
I was able to fix the missing texture issues completely by using the textures from a previous version, specifically version 1.2.0. This is the result.
i use MO2, I downloaded the latest version, deleted the meshes and textures. then i downloaded version 1.2.0 and renamed it something else, then deleted the plugin in the older version.
Do i still have to do this? kind of a pain for novices like myself, and by delete the plugin of the older version you mean just double click the 1.2 version in mo2 and delete just the .esp?
yea i deleted the plugin with 1.2, no idea if it still needs to be done, I did this and finished my load order, ive been actually playing the game for months now lol
Can I just manually download 1.2 and move the "Ancient Nord Stalhrim - Textures.bsa" and "Ancient Nord Stalhrim.bsa" from 1.2 into the newest version's folder and overwrite the newest version's instances of those files?

yeah they completely discontinued the ebony thing and it broke LOTD patch :x so I was hoping your way would still fix it haha maybe merging just the ancient ebony patch to the recent update would fix it? :O
this mod has open permissions. I may make a version that works for the LOTD patch. I use Draugr Upgrades and Improvements so i may integrate that as well. Optional of course.
But give me time, i have some projects in the works at the moment. Stay tuned.
ahh thank you! but I managed to do your manual method (using the Merge Method in Mo2) while nabbing the texture ebony folder from v1.2.3 :) so weapons all showing up like yours! and keeping the most recent fix <3
version 1.2.3.1 is what I use for the LotD display, only the maces/2h maces handle missing textures everything else is fine :) because of the CC fishing s#*! lol
just avoid making arrows because it will crash you :) because this version doesn't have the fix for it :) if you some how figure out how to fix the missing textures on those maces that would be fantastic
First time encounter of *purple* (?) weapon in v.2 -- not in v1.1.7 -- looking like this -- photo error -- Downgrading makes weapon disappear. Base IF : FE095834 Ref ID : FF005DA3 No conflict in MO2 - Loot - WryeBash ; maybe it's me. Any insight ?
FYI, these meshes point to textures in the CC Fishing mod. If u have Fishing installed it works, if not you'll need to update in Nifskope or wait for a fix. He has the textures in this mod, just the meshes aren't mapped to them...
Sorry I'm late on this, but the DES_1stPersonAnicentNordEbonyDaggerHero in the plugin has the wrong model,,,should be ogebony\hero\1stpersondraugrdagger.nif
it really sucks that you removed ebony which requires in the LoTD display x.x have to keep using older version I don't make arrows anyway I use the arrows from Green Pact armor :) wasn't bothered about the double bows on mobs I don't pick them up lol or use them unless it has the tcc symbol on them

I assume from this in the description what texture mod we use for weapons will override those in the bsa?
Also why is it not a ba2?

The Ancient Nord Ebony set has been removed, and the description page only mentions the 1H/2H swords, the bow/arrows, and 1H/2H axes.
Yet, maces/daggers/warhammers still appear in-game with purple handles and the LOTD display still has spaces for the Ebony versions.
Not to sound “entitled”, but can you please either remove the daggers/maces/warhammers or fix the handle textures?
Yes, I can do it myself by using xEdit but I’m not sure why the author would keep the weapons in the mod at all if they’re broken.
Additionally, what’s the deal with the Ebony? Is it going to be re-released as a separate mod anytime soon or added back in?

EDIT: Never mind, textures just weren't installing properly, had to manually redownload the files.I tried reinstalling but that didn't work
