Are you having similar issues with any of my other NPC's? Ysolda? would be a good test case. (At the bottom of her description is an incomplete list of my other mods.)
One thing to try is open the console using ~ when facing the NPC. Then click on her. Type the command resetinventory. Use the ~ to exit from the console to see if it is fixed.
If that gives her clothes but a cropped wig, you can use the Utility menu in NPC Outfitter for KS Hairdos HDT SMP to fix her wig. That utility is also useful if the wig gets stretched (as can happen with physics wigs; something in the physics engine that I don't understand).
I have no idea if that will fix the black face or not. That bug is often caused by Skyrim not using the correct Face Gen file. This can happen if you have another mod that replaces her Face Gen file. You can try putting this mod late in the load order. If you are using the Vortex mod manager, if you disable and enable this mod it will look for conflicts. If it finds one it will give you an option of how to want to address. Have my mod "load after" the conflicting mod. If you have a different mod manager, you'll need to do whatever is appropriate for that mod manager.
