MAKING YOUR OWN PATCH for Genesis:
Easier in creation kit EXCEPT that you first need to make both genesis and third party npc mod masters by using something like wry bash.
so you would:
load up wry bash right click on genesis and select "esmify" right click on sic and select "esmify" exit load up creation kit, and open both genesis and sic and the patch at the same time. make the patch active when you select it. in the form list row, look for formlists starting with word genesis. Thre is one for draugrs, one for vampires, etc. Open them and remove any records like gians that you do not want. Add any new records you do want. save your work. exit creation kit load up again wrybash right click on genesis and select "espify" right click on sic and slect "espify" save and exit, you are done.

Added three new nifty scrolls that may appear in treasure. Odds are about 1 in 67.
Two of the three feature Freeze time, a powerful magical effect. One has it for 10 seconds, one has it for 30 seconds. This is not normally seen in game.
Installed it with Encounter Zones Unlocked. Got into Bleakfalls Barrow, to the Giant Enemy Spider fight, met restless dragur with disarming shout that practically one-shotted me. Checked his level - 47. I was only 9...
I'm sorry as I feel this is a dumb question. But does this Genesis mod apply to vanilla skyrim locations only, and this one (Genesis Unleashed Leveled) can apply to vanilla skyrim locations as well as modded locations?
+1 that would be amazing. I'm using the mod that returns me to the menu screen on death and every time it happens Genesis reminds me that the book has been added to my inventory. I'm like dude I get it the book is in my inventory I've been using this mod for years (I love it btw your mod is awesome) but I TOTALLY know that the book is in my inventory
So, I've noticed that some locations - Kilkreath Ruins and the first area of Forelhost are the ones that I've found so far - have random bandits spawn in them, and they start fighting the draugr. Usually when I get to them, they've already killed all the other enemies and sometimes end up making the dungeon easier than it would be otherwise as a result.
Otherwise, the mod mod seems great. I tend to become fairly overpowered as I approach higher levels with my modlist, and this mod helps, if not make the game more of a challenge at that point by adding more enemies to potentially overwhelm me, make it more fun by letting me cleave through large groups of enemies.
I'm having an odd bug, "phantom" enemies will spawn in, but then disappear not even a second later. You can see their weapons and mouths, but nothing more. I've tried disabling the mod while in game through MCM, but that doesn't help. I have to uninstall the mod to fix the phantom mobs from spawning. I have no idea why it's doing this, I've used this mod for years with no issues. Also, the game freezes for a micro second while they are appearing, then goes normal again. This happens at least 30x a minute anywhere an npc can spawn.
Update: The problem is not with this mod, my apologies. I tracked it down to the Worlds Dawn mod, some issue with it scanning npc's.
Is there a way to get rid of book because game always gives a book every time it starts or put a button to click on to disable it like Vivid Weathers does with their book.

2.6 - removed book giving code per many requests

Stendarr's Blessing
(health,cure disease,cure poisong, poisong resistance)
Mara's Shield
(oak Armor, Fortify stamina, shcok cloath, freeze time (10 seconds), fortify marksman, fortify one handed, fortify two handed, fortify block)
Talos time warp
(paralyze, stagger, freeze time 30 secs, doom shadow effect)
The freeze time effect was inspired by the work from TwinCrows and his Slow and Freeze Time Spells mod.

Edit: It seems to be random. In a new game a made I received a book, put the game prior, I did not.
It would be easier to just add a working mcm.
Otherwise, the mod mod seems great. I tend to become fairly overpowered as I approach higher levels with my modlist, and this mod helps, if not make the game more of a challenge at that point by adding more enemies to potentially overwhelm me, make it more fun by letting me cleave through large groups of enemies.
