i guess you could use ESPFE Follower tool, you can find it here on Nexus. Download it following its guide, then: 1) Open the Beast Skeletons' mod folder and look for any BSA file (if there are, unpack using Cathedral BSA tool) 2) Check for any Facegen file, .dll (if there are, no ESL), script files, SEQ file. 3) Then open xedit, load only the Beast Skeleton mod alone, do not check it against any other mod if the window pops up 4) Then on the left panel look at the number of records, if under 4096 then is good. 5) Expand and look for any cell edit. 6) If at the same time no facefen file and no cell edit are there, then you can press right mouse button on the plugin in the left panel and go→ Apply script→ ESPFE Follower (if no cell edit) or ESPFE Follower Cell Free (if there is cell edit but no facegen).
7) If there is a SEQ file in the folder, after ESLifying, again go right mouse, other, generate SEQ file, and you can close and save and manage your overwrite folder within MO2.
This is the general guide on how to use that ESPFE Follower script!
This still renames some random stuff in Italian for some reason. Easy to fix, but just in case anyone runs into that issue (for example, the Saarthal Excavation is renamed to Scavi di Saarthal).
how do you change it using xedit, im trying to find scavi di saarthal / saarthal excavation in the skyrim folder and i cant find it. neither in the beast skeleton.esp please help?
I hit the same issue. I did not have this problem when I used this mod in the past, but this is an updated version. The problem seems to be caused by not cleaning the mods. (see https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/articles/1046) I can do it myself but others will hit these problems perhaps.
