for anyone crash open EngineFixes.toml in the SSE Engine Fixes SKSE folder and change MaxStdio to 8192 big thank to reddit post from Anarchist_music203
This is essential for anyone with a large LO. This also solved an issue I had with missing text boxes, for instance when starting the game with Paradigm and Wintersun. Only the answers would shows, the question boxes would be blank. Also solved some MISSING JSON issues I was having with certain mods. All this started when I went over about 1000 mods.
Hello! I encountered an issue where SkyUI doesn't show up in MCM in-game, even though I have correct load order. (SkyUI --> SkyUI SE Difficulty Persistence Fix --> MCM Helper) I hope you can help me!
Awesome mod! Glad to see you still alive and releasing great mods. Just to clarify: The settings are persistent only if the respective mod authors use this mod's feature for it, correct? It does not automatically save the settings? Because none of the changes I made so far have been saved in the settings folder.
I know this reply is several years late, but I just came across this too and was wondering how I was supposed to arrange the SKI_ConfigBase files from MCM Helper and original SkyUI.
Specifically the source files. In Creation Kit I'm trying to compile a script that relies on one of the functions in SkyUI's SKI_ConfigBase that isn't in MCM Helper's SKI_ConfigBase (or, more accurately, compile a script that relies on another script that relies on SKI_ConfigBase).
I have 80 mods and 22+ of them use menus but for some reason some Mods don't show up in the MCM helper menu. 22 do, but a couple don't. I thought load order may play a part in this because I tweaked it with one of my saves and 1 of them showed up, but then I moved to another save and it didn't show up there with the same load order. I've moved it to the top, and to the bottom, along with SkyUI, and still can't get all the mods to show up. The only one truly giving me trouble right now is TDM, as theres settings in there I need to change and I can't decipher the ini manually. Any idea why some mods would show and others don't show at all?

I was wondering why I was unable to compile some MCM scripts and it was due to this.
At least, it seems to be the case for me.

I also dont know why i need this exactly. I came here to see why i have this mod in my modlist, but i just saw there is a backport version. Any idea?
