Ah, it looks like a nifty, cheerful, and detailed little place! A "cheerful" ambience seems hard to create--for Skyrim-flavored interiors in general, but perhaps especially for Dwemer stuff. I appreciate finding some cheery places! (When they can still look lore-ish, like this one.)
I'm in a looong playthrough in which I've been gathering lots of followers. But I have a notion to find 'personal' homes for some of my favorite followers that they can retreat to sometimes. This one has neat potential for Remi.
Hey, I'm having an issue. I can't move my spouse to the house. On the data it says I own zero houses. Do I need to press something or obtain a deed or something for it to be official? when I mount the horse in the stables it says stolen.
regarding the spouse issue, do you have mutliple hearthfire adoptions, because that is the mod you will need. regarding the horse one, that will be on my side as i cant remember if i made i a player owned horse but until i fix that you can click on the horse and go setownership player - hopefully this helps!
This looks like a great spot for a home. It really is a bit of a dead stretch along the river there. Yet it's not far from Windhelm. It looks nicely set-up on the interior and with most the necessities. I will definitely use this on my next play through!

(Does the public insist that _all_ dwemer places be gloomy?)
Markarth/Dwemer themed homes really don't get enough love :(
No hay or whatsoever. Something wrong?
