Fun idea but I think a lot of the spells are highly unbalanced, at least in the early portions of the game. The damage should be per second and not 0.1 seconds. Also stuff like staves and scrolls seem really widespread and if something attacks a little place like Riverwood and an NPC uses a Staff with a Pumpkin spell you'll need a few reloads to make sure no one is killed in the crossfire.
