Version 1.3
Reverted most changes from last update. Felt like I added on a little too much in the last update and also wanted to slightly tone things down in this mod because I felt it was doing to much. Older versions will still be up if you prefer those instead.
Removed 25% reduced power attack costs to Imperials.
Removed 10% better healing from Imperials
Removed reduced bribe cost from Imperials and added 10% stronger Illusion spells in its place.
Removed damage resistance while unarmored from Argonians.
Removed reduced magicka regen and reduced spell cost from Bretons.
Removed increased One-Handed and bow damage from dunmer.
Removed boosted power attack damage from Nords
Removed health bonus from Orcs and tweaked Berserker Rage. Also added a small magic resist to Orcs..
Removed stamina bonus from Redguards.
Changed the skill bonuses and talents of some races.

Added 25% longer potion duration to Argonians
Added 25% reduced power attack costs to Imperials
Added enchanted items being 10% stronger when Altmer use them.
Added 10% stronger smithing for Orcs.
Bosmer animal resistance increased to 25% and is now correctly keyworded for just animals. Bow fire speed increased to 20% faster. Reduced Bosmer speed to 10% faster.
Removed unused Bosmer Beast Tongue power in mod. Was originally gonna be a power but was scrapped.
Removed inaccurate paralysis immunity text from Altmer Highborn in-game menu description. Was an original effect that was scrapped but forgot to remove text.
