This mod puts Aela in wolven armor. It was requested by Nexus user goddragonbrett.

There are two versions of this mod, which work best for different situations.

The first version sets Aela to use a newly created wolven outfit. If you are not using SPID, this is the version you want to use. It will require patches to work with NPC replacers such as Bijin.

The second also creates a new wolven outfit, but does nothing to the Aela npc record. It uses a SPID ini file to assign the outfit to Aela at runtime. In theory it will require no patches. This version REQUIRES SPID, which can be found here: Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID)

Both versions are flagged as ESL files and will not take up a slot in your load order.

Compatibility

The first version of this mod, "Aela in Wolven" changes Aela to use a new wolven armor outfit. This version will require patches for mods that edit Aela, such as the Bijin overhauls and other NPC replacers.

The second version of the mod, "Aela in Wolven - SPID" adds only a new wolven armor outfit. It then uses SPID to assign that outfit to Aela. This version requires SPID to function.

Both versions edit a single property in Proving Honor and Rampage so that Aela is given the new outfit instead of her old one when the quests re-apply her outfit. Other mods that edit these quests are likely to require a patch. One for Grow - Werebeasts of Skyrim is available under optional files.

Do not use both versions of the mod. It will be pointless.
