I tried all the water mods on this site and this one is the ONLY one that doesn't give me ANY horrible seam or LOD mismatch, nothing, butter smooth LOD and textures, i can even play around with all ENB water's setting, no ugly seam will show up.
Anyway thanks man, finally i can look at lakes without having bleeding from my eyes.
Im not sure if this mod should fix water lod problems or not but i still see lot of lod seams? I do not have any other watermods installed. Do i need to run Dyndolods etc? Im adding image for you.
looks good, i have a issue with waterfalls though. They shine really bright and i use community shaders + nat 3 cs. I also use the mod that they dont shine when its evening works good looks good but as ai said when its daytime and its dark in this place its just way to bright idk how to change that
There is not really a ton you can do for it, or I have not had the urge to look for a mod to fix it. You could try this mod I will link, however I am not really sure if it will help you. Rally's Foam
nah doesnt work sadly i tried, at night it looks perfect but at day it looks like it doesnt change when light changes with community shader why it appears like glowing. Is simplicity of sea even needed when you use skyland aio?
BlazeXI Hi, after setting up ENB, did you also download the Skyrim Particle Patch for ENB? Among the fixes, there's also one for the glowing water at night.
SKYRIM PARTICLE PATCH FOR ENB CHANGELOG • Improved water foam, waterfall and water mist meshes to make them less bright in dark. • Fixed a bright creek water splash, Whiterun rocky stream + beehive no longer glows in the dark.
I'm not entirely sure this mod is the cause of it, but I don't have any other water mods active and made sure there were no conflicts in MO2 and xEdit but the little artificial waterfalls in Whiterun, streaming down next to the stairs from Dragonsreach don't appear to be properly textured. Is it something not correctly set/missing within this mod or some other issue? Only thing I have affecting Whiterun is JK's Skyrim. No other edits to that area. Texture-wise, I have Skyland, but I made sure to select the "vanilla" water option in its installer. So I'm at a loss.
Would you happen to know what might be able to cause something like this, by chance? Because MIC isn't really helping me here. I swapped from Realistic Water 2 to this and reinstalled Skyland like I said, and this happened, where the water's textures don't look finished and there's a weird, plastic-y sheen to it. It's only in this specific area tho. The water everywhere else looks fantastic. [IMAGE]
ChrisVoyage Hi, regarding the problem with missing textures, after setting up ENB, did you download the Skyrim Particle Patch for ENB? Among the fixes, there's also one for the glowing water at night:
SKYRIM PARTICLE PATCH FOR ENB CHANGELOG • Improved water foam, waterfall and water mist meshes to make them less bright in dark. • Fixed a bright creek water splash, Whiterun rocky stream + beehive no longer glows in the dark.
Dear author, as you obviously know, the major issues in Skyrim were the SNOW/ICE... and WATER (of course). All these years (so many), I'm trying to find the best "combo" to solve these horrible things - I'm not entirely sure I did it with snow/ice... ...but I think I found the BEST... MORE LIGHT... and SIMPLIEST water mod I needed!
I was about to install all these (dozen) mods/patches for my water, just about now... and I found your mod. So, before I installed all the other mods, I simply installed ONLY yours.
It looks FANTASTIC, man! I had (as always) a "clean save" on the first Standing Stones (after Helgen, before you arrive to Riverwood), with a perfect view of the river, the lake, the horizon etc... a perfect spot to TEST a water mod, especially for the seams & horrible lods at far. So, I installed your mod, load my save (on the Standing Stones)... looked to the far away horizon... and it was PERFECT! I've checked the other (horrible) seam on the water edges, it's gone - nice. I've checked the transparency of the water, PERFECT! I fast-travel to Riverwood to check a lot areas (too many water areas there, great spot to check)... all seems very very nice!!!
(The only thing I saw, was the "classic" problem with the bright waterfalls during night. I assume, if I use one of those fixes for the waterfalls, won't mess your mod, right? )
Great mod, very great water mod!!!
Now... why don't you try to take care also the damn SNOW/ICE too, dear wizard-mod author? Since you're creating SO great and SO LIGHT mods, I believe you will take care too the horrible snow/ice stuff...

The mod you are talking about works perfekt with this water mod ;)

A flow map is basically a very cheap way of producing moving "water" without actually running water simulations which is just not possible. It is the main upgrade from LE to SE, well besides the volumetric lighting and 64-bit support. They are simply a design aesthetic to make some water in certain areas look different.
am i just crazy or does it seem that vanilla water works best for enb?.. when i install water for ENB or this mod i get seams everywhere..and wierd unatural colors that you dont see in nature..maybe im just crazy ..i think vanilla water is the best way to go for a build.
Whatever bugs you have is caused by installing too many conflicting location mods. this mod is not responsible for your seams because it doesn't edit any locations.
enb? wierd unatural colors
your enb preset can change the colors of water, but I can't help you with that.
buddy..if i could show you screen shots i would...i dont run any mods other than enb and a few body mods..the game goes from night to day with what i have ..ive used the most popular wabbajack modlists etc...the best is vanilla with a few upgrades...i use a tree mod..ENB and thats about it everything else is usless...unless you want to run around and look at (fake) rocks and dirt all day...then i cant help you...just play the game..find a few mods that suit you and go from there..trying to fix eveything only leads to exhaustion..and crap that nobody cares about..example: do i care if my mushrooms have a better more rounded pattern?...nope...unless im sittings staring at mushrooms all day ..i can honestly say no...can i say ..MAN!.. i really want this? nope not if i want to play the actual game....you can run to a point to where skyrim is no longer skyrim..its another game alll together that the devs and modders are asking for..but for now..realize the beauty of the base skyrim.

Modders honestly should explain these things to us dumb users who don't know the terminology. It would benefit everyone.
everything else is usless...unless you want to run around and look at (fake) rocks and dirt all day...then i cant help you...just play the game..find a few mods that suit you and go from there..trying to fix eveything only leads to exhaustion..and crap that nobody cares about..example: do i care if my mushrooms have a better more rounded pattern?...nope...unless im sittings staring at mushrooms all day ..i can honestly say no...can i say ..MAN!.. i really want this? nope

Worked for me
perhaps it was the tree mod? unsure, but this mod wouldn't cause seams as the author said. regardless, i hope you found a fix!
