I don't at all understand the installation process. Are the [AR_resources] the files I'm supposed to draw from, or do I need to find a mod with the textures I want? Edit: Nevermind, I was just being an idiot and not reading the entire description.
Why are the bodies of the female armor model not displayed in Bodyslide?! Only male model! I cant build my body shape for female armor. i installed everything properly
The installation process confuses me... Is [AR_resources] folder is the source folder where I should pickup textures or a destination folder where I should place textures? So should I pick \textures\[AR_resources]\Armor\MTCustom01(or 02 or 03, my choice)\armor folder content and put it in \textures\armor folder? And that's it? Update: no, it doesn't work. The meshes are here, but whatever I do the textures still vanilla. Update2: made it work partially. I managed to replace textures, but only for unenchanted versions. Anyone knows why enchanted versions keep their textures? I'd like to replace them with darker ones.
Replace nightingalearmorbodyf.dds nightingalearmorbodyf_m.dds nightingalearmorbodyf_n.dds nightingalearmorcapef.dds nightingalearmorcapef_emit.dds nightingalearmorcapef_m.dds nightingalearmorcapef_n.dds With the textures you choose, either created yourself or downloaded from another author. Do the same with the male folder. Repeat the process for MT Custom 02, MT Custom 03, and the regular nightingale folder.
I'm not saying that it's not possible but no one has mentioned the textures not working on enchanted items in the two years (two releases) of this mod. Are you sure it is not a conflict with one of your other mods? It's been a while since I worked on Skyrim modding but I don't believe that there is anything, as far as I remember, that would cause a difference between enchanted and unenchanted. It's just a flag basically. It doesn't involve textures or even a misplaced linkage like smithing. It's just a drop down that you choose the magic property which is used broadly across all armors. It doesn't change the mesh or textures.
