Just a head up maybe you should rename the file that only includes the Feather plugin so we know which file is which because in Vortex they have exactly the same name so it is impossible to keep them apart.

Edit: I'm a little confused, Jk's Interior patch collection is mention a Riverwood Redone (Lux) but then one I downloaded here is Riverwood Redone (Regular) in the JK's interior patch collection.

will do, thanks for pointing that out.
as far as JK, I'll have to look into that because I'm also a bit confused, but it could just be an issue of miscommunication.

Cheers and happy gaming friend! :)

Both patches from JK's Interiors Patch Collection rely on Riverwood Redone ESL version from this site. One of them is designed for users who use vanilla lighting (regular version), second one is additionally patched for Lux users (Lux version).

Riverwood Trader is ready. A quick preview: https://imgur.com/a/nWM8LYJ.

Sleeping Giant Inn needs some further polishing but work is near the end. Both should be available with next update of JKs Interiors Patch Collection (probably on friday).

In both cases changes are made with further compatibility (with other mods and patches) in mind, also this is my subjective approach to including changes from both mods, so sometimes they don't reflect original ideas of Xfreakish or JKrojmal for particular parts/element of the interior.

      EDIT: Patches are already uploaded.

This looks really cool, but I'm a little concerned about compatibilities with mods like AI overhaul that adds new idle markers and stuff.

ah yes, this is very true, and something that I hadn't considered. Should you choose to use this mod with AI overhaul, I doubt you will notice any serious issues, but issues none the less. I'm not familiar with making compatibility patches, but this is something I've considered looking into.

      Cheers and happy gaming! :)

Looks good is it compatible with JK's Skyrim and JK's interiors? I am looking for a mod like this so I can use hod and gerdurs house as a base or sigrid and alvors at the start because they help you out, but their houses interiors could use alot of improvements such as bedrooms etc.

    Thanks!

Glad to hear that you like it!! It is compatible with JK Skyrim, as far as the interiors there is one little thing to look out for. I do think that JK has a mod for Riverwood trader. since my mods makes edits to all the cells in Riverwood, it wont be compatible with that mod. All his other interior mods should work fine though, as long as they don't edit Riverwood interior cells.

      Cheers and happy gaming! :)

Xfreakish - if you don't mind I could take a look and patch your mod with JKs Interiors and/or Distinct Interiors.

screenshots looks really good! not overcluttered and feels realistic. placement looks well thought!  thoughts on lighting mods to use alongside this mod? do you make changes to lighting stuff?

I do change the lighting quite extensively so I'm not entirely sure how this would work with for example ELFX. Worth a try though, and at most you might experience some flickering issues.
Thank you so much for your kind word! cheers and happy gamming! :)

What was the thought process behind making things static?  Better placement?  Looks great.

In summary yes. It can be difficult to place clustered items when they have physics. I was also a bit tired of things going flying across the room when I got to close to them. The downside of course is the lack of ability to pick up just about anything in the environment, but this wasn't to much of an issue for me, though I know for some players it might be. In the future I may consider adding more interactable to the statics in the environment, as there aren't that many right now. It's just making custom containers can be a bit of a tedious prosses.
      Thanks for your kind words.

      Cheers and happy gaming! :))
