I'm using aquatic plants - just lilies Version 1.8. I was able to find water lilies in several places, including at Riverwood Bridge, but not at Riverwood Watermill. Can anyone explain to me why?
Be aware the patch for verdant has a header version of 1.8 (see that in sseedit). In my scenario this was a problem for DYNDOLOD.
DYNDOLOD creates it's ESM and ESP header version number based on the highest plugin file header version loaded. So, my DYNDOLOD ESM/ESP's got a 1.8 header version. This caused the Backported Extended ESL Support mod to refuse to load the Dyndolod plugins which, in turn, caused DYNDOLOD not to load in game. The visible symptom was no DYNDOLOD MCM and no mention of DYNDOLOD in the papyrus log. Also in the My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\SKSE folder, the DYNDOLOD.log file showed the following error: can not get version from dyndolod.esm
To resolve: You can manually change the header versions for the dyndolod files if necessary. I set my dyndolod files to 1.71 (as the highest header in my load order was now 1.71). You can also set the header of the verdant patch to 1.7.
I wanted to comment my appreciation for this mod. I absolutely love these plants in my lush, jungle themed playthrough, I've seen these little plants from as far as those fountains in Whiterun to the shores of the Sea of Ghosts. I especially love them in the Morthal Swamp too, they work so well with the Marshlands and Fancy Morthal Swamp Overhaul , it i so underappreciated and I just love these plants.
The combined version makes it nearly impossible to find Reyda's Necklace on her skeleton near the bridge in Ivarstead Could you remove the grass in some strategic quest related areas?
I have downloaded all of the files, and Vortex keeps telling me that the waterplants.esp that some plugins depend on are not enabled. Is this not something Vortex should handle automatically?
hey, the file "waterplants for skyrim" and "Patch for Verdant V1.8" both have the version number 1.8 and somhow vortex doesnt like that and tells me that patch for verdant is a newer version for waterplants and flags it as update which is annoying can u increase the version of waterplants or decrease the one of verdant to fix this ?
