Undeath is back for Skyrim Special Edition! All of the original content fully ported to Skyrim Special Edition with a few extras.
Skyrim Special Edition wasn't without some compromises though and some minor details have been tweaked to accommodate, but some old niggling issues like NPCs respawning in your lair, or the invisible scryes or uncooperative Apocrypha Books should now be things of the past. You can also enjoy continuing to use your own armour after coming out of Lich Form - no more ragged prisoner robes!
Update 1.5 brings some much requested balance changes. It's no substitute to being able to use your own spells or having a magic system which is actually good (thanks Bethesda) but it should mitigate some weakness woes as most spell damage has been doubled or its duration increased across the board
The player will also now be considered undead even out of Lich Form after completing the ritual.
I have the following error, I read the black book of the mission, but I left the kingdom of Apocrypha, and now after reading the book again I can't go back, it takes me to other places, does anyone know how to solve this? Or is there a teleportation command to the kingdom of the book?
if you installed classical or the ascension (lite) you have to go to the silver-blood inn and read a note on the floor next to a bed to start it. otherwise toggle the option for an immersive start in the MCM using SkyUI
literally zero downsides in human form, other than a self-imposed roleplay perspective. you get permanent waterbreathing and frost resistance, and a 1/day cheat death effect that teleports you to the altar. if nothing else, the waterbreathing is real nice.
Well this is another mod gone to the wayside and will be deleted from my mod list. As you can stop the ritual but you are forced to become a lich yourself even if you don't want to or it will never be a completed quest. Not to bad of a quest but I shouldn't have to download one or more mods to finish out the quest.
Is there anyway for which to have the quest The path to Transcendane" shown as finished if you don't want to become undead? All I wanted to do was stop it I don't want to be an undead.
