I can confirm, not working as intended: it slows time for maybe 2 seconds, than enemies start moving faster than me. Doesnt work with shouts, and with spells that have similar effects. Apparently it also broke the slowed down menus in skyrim souls.
why is it doubling the speed of npc's for me? i just used the shout when it autosaved during the start of the fight Harkon who i cant beat yet, now its like a horror movie! XD
You can install a lot of mods that make the game more and more harder like me, which make the player can even being kill by the enemies with one hit(with some magic that I can even not recognize at once! ), and then you will never say "this mod make the game tooooooo easy!!! " now! :)
Basically Slow Time is now a mix of Ravages of Time from Prince Of Persia: Warrior Within minus the red hue and Robin Atkin-Downes (Brynjolf) screaming from the top of his lungs on every attack during that power's usage (What a game though! Except for all the damn backtracking...)
and Quicksilver saving everyone in X-Men: Apocalypse!
Does anybody know if this works with the JoJo's Bizarre Adventures styled Stop Time mod? I would love to be able to move freely while everybody else is basically frozen in time.
I'm currently in the process of making such a mod with full player speed movement, although time cannot be completely frozen I don't think, most I got it down to without bugs is 0.01 of the usual speed
dude hell yeah man! we need a bend time mod like this one https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/13811 that got abandoned by the mod author unfortunately...but if you say you're making one that doesn't slow down the player movement which is a hugeee w i can't wait honestly wishing you luck man!
