The mod works perfectly. The only thing I noticed is that some guards are naked with the banner equipped. If killed they have 2 armors in the inventory. I don't use any mod that changes the guards

I think there's an incompatibility with Guard armor replacer. Some of the guards are naked while others are holding the wrong banner. This could also be an incompatibility with Riverwood guard overhaul and subhuman0100's other guard mods.

I think is something else on your end. I have guard remplacer armor too and they're not naked. They're all right. I open the file in ssedit and is not touching any similar records from guard armor remplacer.

Emm... The wrong armor is understandable, since the outfit refer to vanilla guard armor, and if mod change that somet might go wrong. But wrong banner? Could you please offer more information, so that I could double check in case?

In Riverwood, there was one guard in Solitude guard armor and holding their banner.

I'm still having the Solitude guard armor problem. It seems like there's always one guard in each city wearing Solitude guard armor.

Hmmmm... Are you using the most recent update? And wait long enough for the guard to refresh? If not, the old equip will still work. Maybe try 'resurrect' on the guard to refresh to have a try.

Yeah I have the newest version, and I tried the resurrect command and it does nothing. I'm also testing this on a new save and still having problems.

Odd...Is he hold the Solitude banner,or at least in his inventory?If not, its not this mod problem; otherwise shrange happens, as I already fix the bug in SPID file... Hoping for an update!

All of the guards with Solitude armor that aren't supposed to be wearing it are also holding banners.

I can report this issue too. I am using the newest version and guard armor replacer and just started new game hour ago. Solitude guards appear in Whiterun holding Solitude banners (while their name suggests they are Whiterun guards, so i guess it is equipment distribution issue). Hope you can figure out and fix it. The mod is great, really like the concept!

I wanted to report this also,
and that these are not always the same Guards that wearing the Solitude Armor and Banner.
While walking around I found that Aela of the Companions was also wearing that Armor,
and in Beyond Skyrim Bruma a few Guards also woar Solitude Armor and Banners. -

So, I think the Solitude guard armor problem has been solved. I don't seem to be seeing that issue anymore. I teleported to a quite a few of them, and the guards seem to be wearing what they're supposed to be. The only problem I'm seeing now is that the Dawnstar guards that have banners are walking around partially naked. I don't think any of the other cities are having that problem.

I tried and looks great but is funny how it's make my party follow the guards with the banner ^^ can be possible an exception for the party team? or just the tag for the guards?

actually it is, the SPID file have 2 condition for each banner: guard faction & each hold crime faction. Perhaps the 'party' is in guard faction too?

They're not but i'm not sure if really matter but from your mod: "Rally to me - War Banner" the spid file, there are some characters on chinese since there are ilegible characters on my end. I download the english version. Maybe that is triggering?

Nah, these are just reminding. Pretty sure nothing to do with it. Actually im not quite sure your meaning, is your follower follo the bannerman guard? Cause i didint touch anything about AI and package.
