TWO CELLAR DESIGN TYPES (4 OPTIONS EACH):
DESIGN TYPE 01: (FishCC) Variants
- Game Build is: SkyrimSE 1.5.97/1.6xx WITH "ccBGSSSE001-Fish.esm". USE the "(FishCC) Versions"
- This version is redesigned to work in favor of AE's FishCC DLC update "ccBGSSSE001-Fish.esm"
- INSTALL OPTIONS: AIO is used alone. Singles can be combined with others that fall within its design type group
- Hearthfire Cellars Fully Upgraded SE (FishCC) - AIO choice having all Hearthfire cellars upgraded
- Heljarchen Cellar Fully Upgraded SE (FishCC) - Single
- Lakeview Cellar Fully Upgraded SE (FishCC) - Single
- Windstad Cellar Fully Upgraded SE (FishCC) - Single

WHAT'S BEEN ADDRESSED:
NEW OPTIMIZATIONS & FIXES: (FishCC/Non-FishCC) Types
- Occlusion Culling Plane Marker utilization for performance benefits
- Re-worked the NAVM in full
- New NAVM islands per existing Mannequin
- Cell Data; Added Ownership "PlayerFaction [FACT:00000DB1]"
- Cell Data; Added Encounter Zone "NoResetZone [ECZN:000F90B1]"
- Mannequin Base-Ref Data; Added Encounter Zone "NoResetZone [ECZN:000F90B1]" - to each
- Fixed Enchanting Room Dagger Display Cases missing Activators
- Many 'Persistent' references (unnecessary of being 'Persistent'), are now 'Temporary' references
- Partitioned basement architectural meshes (Optional to install) to better fight against the lighting defects on said meshes from lighting limit maximums
- All References in cellars with Base Object Signature: ALCH, AMMO, ARMO, BOOK, FLOR, INGR, KEYM, MISC, SCRL, SLGM and WEAP are:
'Don't Havok Settle' flagged attached with script "defaultDisableHavokOnLoad" - Scripted Quest trickery implemented to never allow Followers in the "DismissedFollowerFaction" become hostile towards the MannequinREFs in Cellar ONLY
- USSEP edits forwarded to records these modules carry
- Qualifying Bash Tags
- Solo Hearthfire Cellar Modules are ESLified
- AIO Hearthfire Cellar Modules having all Solo's clobbered into ONE - NOT ESLified; Record count over to 5600
- Removed redundancies or record bloat I stumbled across - wasn't really much. Pretty good there
- Many other little subtleties
NEW ADDED CONTENT: (FishCC/Non-FishCC) Types
- "DLC2ExpSpiderCraftingChest' (0401705C)" beside the Staff Enchanter (functional with Activator and Script)
- Imbuing Chamber Recipe Book with enough Spider Crafting Ingredients to make one homebrew
- Added Disenchanting Font (Location: Secret Passage room behind Staff Enchanter) and gave it some Scripted purpose
- Portal power (Location: Table between Mannequin Room/Bedroom) to get to some key places in cellar fast (with followers) including Markspot/recall mechanic
- Made this for a few reasons:
- Primarily due to how many loading instances it takes to get to cellar i.e Travel to home on map, enter home, enter cellar (3 loading instances)
- That would get to me eventually if I played this and on some rare occasions, wanted to get to the cellar fast for whatever reasons
- Making a secret trapdoor outside has possible incompatibility risks and the rare chance unintended NPCs entering. Power was best workaround
- A few MAGInv Static effects above each Crafting Stations (its a signature thing of mine)
- Tons and tons of FURN and IDLE Markers making the basement a much more interactive place for NPCs and children
- Chairs now have Drinking/Reading Animations the Player will engage in
- Few clutter type items and Barrel Containers
- ADDON making cellar beds "BYOHChild Owned" (Optional)
- Portal power (Location: Table between Mannequin Room/Bedroom) to get to some key places in cellar fast (with followers) including Markspot/recall mechanic
- ADDON making ONE bed per cellar "Housecarl Owned" (Optional)
NECESSARY REDESIGN: (FishCC) Type
- Despite AE's Fishing CC Addon to the base game; "Hearthfire Cellars Fully Upgraded" required reconstruction
- Its pretty much the same place all-in-all. Few rooms were swung 90 degrees out of the Fish Tank area re-rigged to the original design with new implementation
- At all cost; ccBGSSSE001-Fish.esm is barley touched. "Hearthfire Cellars Fully Upgraded" is re-rigged in favor to work for Fish.esm design. Nothing was adjusted from the Fish.esm except perhaps the odd clutter piece re-positioned as to promote knitting the mods re-design together at corridors without interference.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Skyrim Script Extender - For the default Disenchanting Font. Will also be required if using the optional ADDON FenixDisenchanterNG substitute
- ccBGSSSE001-Fish.esm - For (FishCC) Types ONLY
- Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch - For (FishCC) Types ONLY

POSSIBLE CONCERNS NOT COVERED IN THE FOMOD:
- Q. Can I Install Mid-game without building home or accessing the game quest dialogues related to the Hearthfire Homes?
- A.
That I am not sure. I would say install new game. That is experimental but who knows. Maybe its completely safe. Untested
As a result of particular abnormalities brought to light in post section [HERE & HERE], installing new game would be wisest unfortunately - Q. Can I update from Build x.x to Build x.x?
- A. I provide in the Changelog dropdown per update "updating" information
- Q. Is it safe to uninstall this mid-game?
- A. NO
COMPATIBILITY NOTES:
FULLY COMPATIBLE:
As long as the mod(s) planned for use do not alter the Cellars of these homes, should be compatible. However; I state nothing in absolution.
Read Authors notes on the Description Pages regarding the Mod of Interest and ask them if unsure. Also take into consideration the below PATCHING DISCLAIMER
- Heljarchen Pool and hot bath EX (claimed as fully compatible. Untested my me)
- Lakeview Extended - Fully Compatible
- Lakeview Manor as it should be/Lakeview Manor Avant Garden EX (claimed as fully compatible. Untested my me)
- Skyrim Project Optimization - Fully Compatible (all 4 versions)
- Winstead Inn and Dark Lair - Oldrim. Would need manual SE porting (claimed as fully compatible. Untested my me)
- Probably far more Mods geared to Enhancing the Hearthfire Homes. Don't know them all and never will
- Lakeview_Extended_Interior (Optional Files) - These Editions cover those edits

MANUAL PATCHING DISCLAIMER WARNING:
- BYOHHouse1LocationInterior "Lakeview Manor" [LCTN:03003092]
- BYOHHouse2LocationInterior "Windstad Manor" [LCTN:0300BE0A]
- BYOHHouse3LocationInterior "Heljarchen Hall" [LCTN:0300BE1D]
- Hearthfire Cellars Upgraded require modifications done to the Homes LCTN records accommodating all the new added content to the cellars
- Like the Main Mods, the ADDON - BYOHChild Owned Bed carries forward the same LCTN data from Main Mods adding edits to that for its data
- Third-Party Mods overhauling the main portion of home will need to have all their added content in the same LCTN record for the sake of their functionalities
- This means now we have this "Pages Mod" and "3rd-Party Whatever Mod" handling that LCTN record in there own necessary ways
- A LCTN Merger patch will need to be made by the user once they have there ideal home staged IF other content edits the same LCTN FormIDs
- I know for sure, HMA pools through all the LCTN Sub-records processing all the LocRefType reference data. That collected data lets the Children know where to go
- Just writing this out here for people to be aware of and know the importance of the Location Record
- Pointless in I making a ton of LCTN patches. Each finished 1000+ custom mod stack will all be handling these FormIDs uniquely. Its a final patch-job for the stack
- Conflict resolution patching is mandatory user requirement to all modded game kinds so it should be no biggie for anyone
RECOMMENDED MODS FOR FUNCTION BETTERMENT:
- Another Mannequin Script Fix (AE/SE) - Painless Cure for all Base Game (+3DLCs) Mannequin Form Object References
You will without a doubt need something whether this or another preferred working equivalent - Multiple Floors Sandboxing - tweak will encourage NPCs to climb stairs around them and explore their surroundings more
OPTIONAL ADDONS:

BYOHChild OWNED BEDS (QTY:04 Plugin Options)
- This makes BOTH beds in cellar "BYOHChild Owned."
- REQUIRES: Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions. The optional "Increased AI Package Tweaks file" is recommended to use
- This makes ONE bed per cellar "Housecarl Owned." Nothing more
PREREQUISITES: Base Object Swapper and Main Mod. AIO or ESL Combines (so long as they fall within the same design type section)
- Disenchantment Font Restored - Cut Content Restoration (remove enchantment - keep item)
- This substitutes EVE - Disenchantment Font as placeholder of ALL default BYOHHouseCellar Disenchanters by way of BOS
- REQUIRES: Itself and its Requirements
- FenixDisenchanter NG
- This substitutes Fenix Disenchanter as placeholder of ALL default BYOHHouseCellar Disenchanters by way of BOS
- REQUIRES: FenixDisenchanter NG (Plugin/DLL) and FenixDisenchanter (Scripts)
- Sorcerer - A Staff and Scroll Overhaul
- Replaces the Default Staff Enchanter with a Sorcerer, Keyword rigged custom one for SSSO needs
- Removes Ingredients from table in crafting area replacing it with SSSO Scroll Bench

WITH STIPULATIONS OF MY OWN; I WILL NOT DO ANYTHING THAT:
- Compromises the Integrity of Ro84's original design/work. Ro84's Cellars are to remain true reflecting their vision. Why be here if that wasn't what you sought?
- Adding items is fine so long as space is available. With that being said; hope to keep new collisional objects away from Floor NAVM areas. If page promoted one plugin; that's different but there are 8 variants in this picture. New added floating wall shelves are always an easier option if wall space can be salvaged
- Adding upon request will not follow through as fast as one may hope. Others need enough time to read; digest and incorporate their say on the subject. What one person may like; another may extend a totally different perspective. Its for everyone so +1's will help reflect how many like/dislike
