I would like it if pressing sprint button also put me out of sneak when I'm in combat. Wouldn't interfere with silent roll plus I'd rather sprint then silent roll if I'm detected.
That's where things start to become picky to evaluate, as a monolith mod including a "out of sneak", "run toggle" and a "make me sprint" AIO, looks for me a bit unfair. I could add an auto sprint to next Inn and drink an Ale, or go God Mode ... :) sorry i'm just teasing you. But i wanted to stay in the fair game stuff. This option could be a part of a next modular release with a MCM menu. (planned)
I also agree that going from Sneaking to Sprinting would be way, way better. And this isn't some godmode idea. Every sprinter in the world starts from a crouched position for a reason--it gives that extra umph needed to get ahead fast. I mean why is this, hitting jump, and quicker than just slapping the sneak key to get of sneak mode before running? I'm genuinely asking as I'm just not sure I understand the benefit. My sprint key doesn't toggle sprint; I just sprint if I hold it down (but of course it does nothing if I'm sneaking).
COOL BEANS MAN. SOMETHING I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IS BEING ABLE TO RUN IN SNEAK FOR SHORT PERIODS MEANING THE STAMINA LEVEL DRAINS QUICKLY. I HAVEN'T CAME ACROSS A MOD THAT DOES NOT DO THIS AND FIGURED THIS IS A GOOD TIME TO BRING IT UP TO ONE WHO IS VERSED IN THE SNEAKING FILES. :-)=
Doesn't seem to work for me I'm just sneak jumping around in combat. Is it compatible with True Directional Movement and Combat Gameplay Overhaul? Only things I can think that might conflict.
I Play with True Directional Movement, i don't know for CGO. I think i saw an option in MCM where sneak anims are played while the player is not sneaking. Can you check this ?
In CGO's MCM? I don't think so, but I'll check in a bit. I'm actually setting up a new game.
Also different problem. I know this sounds really weird and that there are quite a few variables, but I have NEVER encountered this problem before installing this mod, and after uninstalling it the problem instantly went away. I thought it was a problem with Quick Loot RE at first, but after a bit of testing it was this mod that was causing it, or this mod in conjunction with CGO. So I was using this mod, CGO, and TDM. I was fighting a troll and I noticed after the fight that I couldn't move up or down in the quick loot menu anymore. this happened on ALL my saves even previous ones and only thing that "fixed" it was to restart the game. So I set up a save and did a little testing. If I lock on to an enemy (not sure if lock on is strictly necessary), and I jump and fire my bow at the same time (jump shot-ing essentially), I can't move up or down in quick loot menu anymore. Uninstalled this mod and I've been jump shotting all day without issue.
I absolutely can't explain this, however i wil post a secure version update (had to do it anyway) that will check you are not in a menu while changing posture. But that will still probably result in a non functional plugin for you anyway. i'll try quickloot + CGO when i'll have time to see where the problem come from. Sorry.
You probably use this : Andrealphus' Exploit Fixes :No Jumping while Swimming or Sneaking the mod makes it so you can't jump while sneaking, if jump don't occure, escape won't happen. I prepare a new version of the mod based on this.
AND don't forget it only works while you're in combat !
Yes, it works quite well. It's specially useful for stealth. I also only play on PC, but I use gamepad because I work all day on my PC and wrists get cramped after a while.

Sorry.
edit: change that - assign to scripted dogderoll - it not working with the version no run
i think its CGO - makes sometimes problems with other mods :D

I'm curious (only play on PC), does it really change the level of speed smoothly according to your stick position ?
