About the Issue with a Huge Amount of Saddles Spawning in the Inventory:
A big thanks to user MadveD12 for his research and for identifying the cause of the problem:
Hi. I found what causes the issue with infinite saddle spawning in the player's inventory (though it took me the whole day to figure it out). Somehow, with the latest version of Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) (7.2.0.RC11) installed, the equip spell returns the equipped saddle back to the player's inventory, and in some cases, this can happen infinitely. Currently, there are two ways to work around this issue:
Temporarily disabling SPID while equipping the saddle.
Using an older version of SPID (7.1.3), as this issue is not present in that version.
I've been working on my own light horse overhaul, including a very intuitive saddle-swapping mechanic without menus or hotkeys, and I came across this mod.
I wanted to reach out to you to see if you'd be okay with me using some of your saddle meshes in my mod. I don't have the ability to extract/edit Witcher 3 meshes myself, and I can't seem to find a resource pack that contains the horse saddle assets.
Please let me know! And thanks for your awesome modding work, I know how difficult it is to take assets from one game and convert them to work in another.

I love the saddle from the witcher it looks cool with Witcher Horse Expansion and Frost, but the nif saddle from the witcher 3 have no horse foot sound, I have try another saddle from this mod and it does have the sound. Is there a way to add sound in xedit?
EDIT: Found problem, witcher horse patch were loaded after this mod. Anddd thats why I say people should stop suggest to use LOOT... often I had to move mods in load order myself to fix thigns (hello jk riften outskirt and pilgrim). Anyway now is workign find, so far no problems and Frost is happy! Until something kill him and have to reload again ... >>
The "Witcher Horses - Elrian Saddles Patch.esp" adds "60 - Unnamed" to the Nilfgaard armor's First Person Flags and for some reason that breaks the sound. I tried removing that flag in xEdit and the sound came back but it broke the neck armor part (it disappeared, leaving some floating decoration parts where the armor used to be), not sure how to fix it without breaking stuff.

I don't understand, what should be the correct load order? I'm having the same issue and I've tried to change the load order several times but still didn't solve the problem :/

I'm also using zzjay's horse overhaul (saddles only version) and the spell to revert the saddle makes it possible to give basically any horse one of the saddles added by zzjay. So if I want a horse from Whiterun Stables to wear the zzjay Imperial Saddle, I can simply use the spell and add it, was also able to give Kiai from Kaidan 2 the Dark Brotherhood saddle this way :D
And if anyone is wondering, it is somewhat compatible with Steeds of Skyrim, though there obviously is a bunch of minor clipping, mostly with the saddles that cover a large area or the mane. But the rest works fine and looks great :D
BSA is not great for modding, really? :D:D By the way, alternative meshes without stirrups you can find in the mod archive, check folder "/OptionalMeshes_NoStirrups". All you need is to copy it's contents to your Skyrim DATA folder.
If I may ask, are you ever planning on doing the Zerikanian Saddle set or the Temerian one? I appreciate everything you have done so far, my horses always use these :)
