The mesh dlc2skaalvilfarmwell01.nif looks like this, I'm using the Water in Wells Parallax version, the Comaptibility Tweaks mod doesn't include a fix for this one
the farmbwell01.nif also has an issue and is also not included in the Compatibility Tweaks mod :(
edit: ok I found out why this is happening. This mod is not compatible with farmhouse retexture mods. The grate uses the vanilla farmhouse01 texture (which is the farmhouse door texture) and its UV points to a metal bar in that file. Having a texture replacer breaks the well grate texture as the UV is looking in the wrong location... mine was completely black in this case, because Riton's farmhouse textures don't have anything in that space of the texture. I "patched" this myself by extracting the vanilla texture, renaming it and putting it in this mod's folder. In nifskope I only changed the filename of the grate's texture path and now it looks normal again.
Hopefully you'll reply to this... I'm missing several textures around the College of Winterhold well and much of the floor, where the statue is, just before you enter the hall so you're still technically in Skyrim.
I've done both and it still happens unfortunately. If purple is missing textures (and this one isn't purple), then what does it mean in this picture? I'm using Skyland Landscape Overhaul, Noble Skyrim HD, NAT ENB... thought maybe one of those caused the issue. I tried removing those mods one at a time and re-installing also... same problem. No matter what I do, the moment I install your mod, it's back to this and it's only in the College. Nowhere else in Skyrim.
Hey, thanks! Though it does appear to have conflicts with Lux Orbis on winterholdextcenter.nif and wrmainroadmarket.nif and Lux with winterholdtowerwell01 and winterholdtowerwell02.
Apperently GGUNIT only patched 'wrmainroadmarket.nif' and as it seems there will be no other ones patched. So I guess I'll have to stay by your versions of the meshes and if there will ever be any flicker...it is as it is :D

The only 'patched' file from Lux Orbis (newest version you get on nexus) is this file: 'wrmainroadmarket.nif'
No other file, either in Lux or Lux Orbis, is using your smooth wells meshes, or I am too blind to find them ^^
I should cut them for Orbis in the future update ;)
