After updating to 1.4, the basement cell will be replaced with a new one, and you will lose all your items.

Q: What's new in this mod?
A: I'm a big fan of Elianora's work, and this version of mine aims to expand one of her beautiful creations, the Tundra Homestead. Thank you, Elianora, without you, this mod wouldn't have existed :3. The Tundra Homestead is now a two-story house with a tower for alchemy and enchanting. The kitchen and dining room are larger. Separate rooms for you and your children have been added. The basement is also larger and features more mannequins and weapon racks.
Q: Why am I experiencing landscape seams and/or floating soil in the backyard?
A: This is likely due to another mod replacing the same cells as mine. Try changing the load order of my mod. If you're using MO2, placing it lower in your load order should help.
Q: Will you port this mod to consoles?
A: It's already available on Xbox and PlayStation.
Q: Will you create more compatibility patches?
A: Sorry, guys, I can't please everyone. If you need patches, feel free to make your own!
