After looking into and testing this mod with Moonlight Tales Mini, it seems to work just fine! However if something does not work, please let me know specifically what and I will look into it more heavily.
Hi Wolflady. Some questions if you have the time to answer :D So far my load order is looking like this:

And I was wondering as I was just a bit confused if I picked the alpha option here then would the moonlight tales mini mesh replacer even work in that case? I'm using Iconic's Werewolf and Werebear Retexture for the vanilla werewolves and I can see there's a pretty icky script change issue where I will transform from say vanilla werewolf with the textures from iconic to the white werewolf + La Femme Lycana model the body size changes and so does the original color from the vanilla werewolf to white. Doesn't seem like there's a way around this vanilla mechanic so I've just decided to use the black version of the alpha werewolf as that blends in the most and is the most seamless transformation available :o
Honestly the easiest way around this is to just disable the werewolf customization options and click vanilla model for werewolf and call it a day but that would mean I should remove the mini mesh replacer as that's for player's only and I wouldn't need it if I wasn't using the female model.
I'm sorry, I've read your post 3 times and admittedly am still confused on what you're asking. What 'alpha' option? Do you mean the 'alpha' color in Moonlight Tales Mini's customization menu? Or do you mean this mod? VanMarkin Apex Replacer The mod you are commenting on, Bellyache's werewolf textures, are JUST textures, and compliment those other two mesh replacer mods you already have installed.
As for transforming and swapping to your chosen color once the effect ends, yes that's a vanilla factor that I cannot fix. However I believe there wassss a mod that tries to address it? I don't recall if it was just a WIP or what, or just saw people talking about it though. It's just been kind of a thing us werewolf players have accepted.
I'm also confused haha thanks for the clarification! I meant the alpha option from moonlight tales I ended up just not using any custom models and replacers just the normal vanilla werewolf + iconic so I won't need to see the split second transformation thing. I've also accepted it though would be amazing if a modder could manage to solve this in 2025
After far too long, I worked on this and learned how to use Cathedral Assets Optimizer and now this wish is granted! I would have to redo the textures I've edited, which isn't an easy feat. Supposedly there's a way to downscale these things but I have no clue how. You're welcome to look into it yourself, but sadly I won't be able to. These things take a lot of time as it is I'm afraid.
Having an issue getting this to work...it isn't replacing the textures for me. Maybe it's on my end? I'm using Vortex and Moonlight Tales Essentials (paired with Moonlight Tales) any help is appreciated! Vortex isn't notifying me of any conflict either.

I will probably release a 2K version of this somewhat soon! Stay tuned.
It is up! Enjoy the 2K version that hogs less computer resources hopefully!I would have to redo the textures I've edited, which isn't an easy feat. But if someone else wishes to, they're welcome to whatever they need from this mod.
