Here is a simple mesh file, to rotate the Imperial Dragon's shield, and make it look like roman scutum.

Imperial Dragon set from Civil War Champions is great, but I think the shield should be worn the Roman way, like a true scutum.
In fact, the blocking stance isn't suitable for a scutum, as legs are widely exposed, but I rather have a better position in neutral idle, for aesthetic reasons.
I used Herebane's Fortress from deletepch's Artefakes as template, in Outfit Studio, in order to get correct measurements.
It's only one mesh file, there's no ESP/ESL, so feel free to try it, and delete without harm to your save.
Obviously, Creation Club Civil War Champions DLC is requiered.
