Did you import the head from the 'sculpt' section? Its the option up top all the way to the right in your screenshot. It should be loaded before you load the preset. Also, changing face and/or mouth parts can mess it up a bit. Loading the sculpt data first and then the preset should fix it.
hey i am having the same problem i did what you said but it still looked messed up and when i tried to it showed a buch of green text but there were 1 texts that were red it was mrissiheadplayable 996 and 00KLH_femaleheadohmes 3832 i am new to skyrim modding i am sorry if i said anything that does´t make sense
Alright, I just started a new game to make sure it still works... I had to load the sculpt, then the preset, and then the sculpt again and now it looks the way it is supposed to... try that and let me know how it goes.
If you or anyone else would like to make that happen, it would be fine with me. I only ask that my name be mentioned in the credits for the many hours spent in the character creation menu.
I think there's a mod that allows you to replace NPCs with presets. Here is a link that I found: http://www.modskyrim.com/npc-appearance-changer/
You may have to open the downloaded file and save it in Creation Kit so that it works for SE. I'd follow the instructions on the site if I were you. EDIT: Looks like this is a port of an already available file on the Nexus.
I can look in to making it for Mrissi ToT, but I'm intermediate when it comes to NPCs/replacers, not to mention my actual life prevents me from devoting the time I'd like to mod creation. I'd of course mention KEN5HIN for credit and permission if I am able to do anything. (I bookmarked this page so I don't forget)
