Peak FPS may be reduced in order to achieve improved responsiveness. GPU frames cannot be queued during frametime spikes either so stutter may be more noticeable.
This means that the FPS may be lower and potentially look less smooth in motion, with the upside being the game will feel more responsive than if it was at that higher FPS. It may handle jumps in frametimes better, for example when moving or turning, when using a GSync/VRR display. FPS los mainly occurs when the GPU is under utilised. At 99% GPU usage there should not be a significant difference in FPS.

Apologies for my English. Recently, I encountered an issue where mods like Shadow Boost, Nvidia Reflex, etc., do not appear in the ENB shaders menu. This is related to the ENB Extender and Kiloader mods. If you are using them, remove them if the following mods are important to you:
Shadow Boost
Soft Shadows
Nvidia Reflex
Camera Noise
After removing Kiloader, go to the enbseries folder and delete the KiLoaderSatelliteENB.dllplugin file. After that, the mods will appear in the shaders tab.
Look for a really tiny button in the left bottom corner, when ENB GUI is up. It's not part of any of the GUI windows. Really tiny arrow, almost invisible arrow button. Enabling that should display a window, make that window bigger and minimize the top tab, only then will you see this mod's options.
If you click the main "Save" check box in the ENB GUI usually the Reflex Options appear in the Shaders Window. Also clicking the "Load" check box can make the mod options appear.
how do you install this to work? i installed it in mo2 and it is in optional mods activated but no difference in latency with or without...(rtx 4090 and MGO 3.5.3)
The thing is, I have an RTX 3060, so I can't use Frame Generation. However, I'm waiting for the FSR 3.1 Frame Generation to be available in the community shaders to see if I can potentially use DLSSG-to-FSR3 with it.
I have an Nvidia RTX 3070 and this doubled my fps, so maybe give it a go - dlssg-to-fsr3 (I'm also using it alongside NVIDIA DLSS Frame Generation as well though.) Please keep in mind this only works on 20 & 30-series graphics cards. So if you have 40 or 50 series card you won't need this.
Yes, I have an RTX 3060, but I'm confused. I would appreciate it a lot if you could help me. I have Nvidia Frame Generation overwriting Community Shaders, and I downloaded dlssg-to-fsr3 Universal. I put the file in the Skyrim folder. Is this the correct way? Because when I open the Community Shaders, the frame generation is still unavailable.
I'm pretty sure Nvidia Frame Generation is supposed to overwrite Community Shaders, so that's correct. Maybe try the first option under "files" tab labeled "dlssg-to-fsr3-0.121".
First, thoroughly remove all files associated with dlssg-to-fsr3-0.121 (Universal), ensuring a complete reversion of any changes it introduced.
Download & extract dlssg-to-fsr3-0.121 anywhere, double click on "DisableNvidiaSignatureChecks.reg" and select "Run". Click "Yes" on the next few dialogs.
Then drag dlssg_to_fsr3_amd_is_better.dll & nvngx.dll (only TWO .dll files) into your Skyrim main directory.

No worries! I haven't done extensive testing yet, so like any game modification, I can't guarantee its long-term viability. Updates are also frequent, so make sure you have the latest version installed to avoid issues. (The ReadMe has uninstallation instructions as well.)
One user said, "There is a notable amount of urticating in my experience, though. A shimmer around objects when moving the camera, UI flickering, and IED physics enabled equipment wagging."
So before committing to a playthrough, I'd keep that in mind when testing. While uninstalling dlssg-to-fsr3 is simple, I can’t say for certain whether installing/uninstalling mid-game will impact saves or cause other issues. If I find out any more I'll let you know.
Hiho, i was having issues with the ENB menu not appearing after installing some mods (mainly Kiloader, for some reason).
My main concern was that the mod didn't work if the menu didn't appear, but after some test, I think it still functions (at least the limiter), but you lose the ability to change its settings on the fly and instead you need to relaunch the game for the changes made in the NVIDIA_Reflex.ini to take effect.
To test it I uncapped the games framerate using Bethini and Display tweaks (it improves the game and helps with uncapped framerates, make sure to edit the values related to framerate), then I modified NVIDIA_Reflex.ini of this mod to cap the framerate at a different value to see if it still worked.

Have a gtx 1660 ti and this lowers my framerate about 3-4 fps :(

ahhahahaha
i'm not joking at all
thats just how it is
Just worked - even with DLAA, community shaders, and 2000 mods.
Insta-nausea reduction. Immersion plus 400 percent.
GOATed mod
11+reflexes/10
