the lily pads dont animate like i will stand near riverwood at kaidan old camp and the lily pads dont move or anything i dont have any other mods that effect lily pads so i am at a lost
I still have the strangest occurrence of the lily's just.. running away from their spot then teleporting back into place. I took some screenshots of two of them escaping: Going... going... gone! It seems to be harmless but boy it's weird!

i am soooo happy if we get this issue solved soon. this weekend i have no access to my dev machine. on tuesday i will dive into your modlist (maybe i will rebuild it on my machine ....).
one thing i guess the issue comes from: please check any animation mods and DAR too. if you use it please switch it off and check what happened.
hello logicality77, hahahaha, your list is loooong, longer than mine. i am not trying to rebuild it ..............
your modlist looks like a bit tangled. i would recommend you should put similar mods into groups and sort it by there importance.
for example my group order: : core game : UI : Audio : core overhauls : core meshes and textures : weather and lightning : vegetation and landscapes : models and textures . . . : animations : sensitives
(of course there are much more groups in the middle but i guess you know what i mean)
TODO: first: put the lily mods at the end of your modlist that it's sure nothing could overwrite the meshes. start your game and see what happens. if it's the same as before some animation is interacting unusual.
second: switch off all known animation mods. start a new game because your old save will not work .... if nothing changed the last way is brute force.
you could switch off large blocks (~50) of mods and start a new game because any old save is broken or will immediately CTD.

I know my load order may look disorganized, but I can assure you that it's not. I do most of my plugin sorting with LOOT along with several rules to make sure the right overrides are in place, and I continually run conflict resolution as I install new mods. I run a pretty large load order (much larger than what I shared; I'm in the process of building a new mod list), so it's necessary to have a stable and consistent game. Definitely not for everyone, though!
Anyway, I stopped to do some more testing, and I'm not seeing lilies flying off anymore. I wish I could tell you what change resolved it, but I've made so many changes since my last post it'll be difficult to nail down. I can spend a bit of time seeing if I can get it to happen again, and if I do I'll post another update.
I use MO2 and only overwrite waterplants. My load order is meticulously organized, and nothing else is overwriting it, or even the waterplants esp. Just using the waterplants esp (no grass, just the lillies) and this mod. The escaping lily pad still happens. I see it a lot when I run across the bridge just before you get to riverwood, from whiterun. This has happened multiple times in my game. Came here to report the issue, and saw I wasn't the only one. If i can catch the lily's formID, I will send it to you!

Yea it's a completely different model with its own completely different textures, so I'd assume these animations wouldn't be transferable (But could be wrong, know nothing about animations). Anway, you don't have to worry about it, it's fine, I was just venting really.
Hey, i made a SWAP.ini for WineDave's Trees Addon. Now these Lily's are also animated. Is it ok if i share this swap.ini? It still needs your meshes and i tell anyone to leave a endorse here, at Waterplants and at WinDaves Trees Addon. And at BaseObjectSwapper, oc ;-)

because this mod is a mesh replacement you could switch it on and off without any risk for your save file.
please switch the mod off and see if the bug disappears.

you should search for a animation mod that goes wild or some kind of object/ animation replacement that happens at the start of Skyrim.

Re-running the executable for your animation packer of choice (FNIS, Nemesis, Pandora). Fixed it for me.
Specifically, I am running Pandora.
i mix, combine and modify different skin textures.
