What's new version 2.0
* A total of 60 houses and farms to acquire.
* Differentiated prices according to the quality and size of the house.
* A spell to list the acquired properties and be able to teleport to them.
* A spell to sell a previously acquired property, with minus 10%.
The sale restores the property to its original owners.
Installation of version 2.0
1) Uninstall version 1.0 and do a clean save.
2) Install version 2.0
3) You should not lose any of the properties purchased.
If you don't uninstall version 1.# and do a clean save before installing version 2.0, it won't work.

How does it work
To acquire a property you must enter peacefully it and use the spell "Sell me your property". If you break into the house, they won't sell it to you.
Once the price is paid, the house and all its contents will be yours. The content ownership change may take a few seconds.
All furniture will be available for your use.
If you want to sell the property, use the "Sold Property" spell. You will be refunded what you paid for it minus 10%.
The property will be returned to its former owners.
With the spell "List my properties" you will get a list of all the acquired properties. Clicking on a property will teleport you inside it.
There are 60 homes and farms throughout Skyrim (Tamriel and Solstheim). Each of them has an exclusive price based on its size, location and quality.
Miscellaneous
Finally, any error, if it is conditioning or risky, will be corrected immediately.
The MOD can be added to or removed from your started game without risk. We haven't tested it in AE (We still have the rebellion against that version).
Important:
The MOD modifies the base form of the property that you are going to acquire.
This modification made by the MOD changes only your current game, not the base game itself.
If you decide to uninstall the MOD, sell all the houses beforehand. That will return the properties to their former owners
and it will restore your game to the state before the installation of the MOD.
