DOES THIS PLUGIN WORK WITH THE LATEST VERSION OF SKYRIM?
Yes. This mod is confirmed working by on version 1.6.1130 of Skyrim. Please ensure you are running on the latest version of Address Library for SKSE Plugins.
Maybe a silly question, but I am really confused because version 1.3.0 works beautifully with all the audio mods I have installed ( I have 19); however when I update to 1.4 or 1.5 I lose the sounds. Examples are Whales Off The Coast or Wildwood Echoes. There is not a problem sticking with 1.3 but logic tells me the newer one should be improved but doesn't seem to be? Are there maybe just different versions for different mods?
Version 1.5.1 does not work right at least according to the log file generated. Cannot even display in the log half of my audio mods and for some of those it can parse it says that the respective plugin is missing when it is definitely loaded. Version 1.3 woks right at least from a brief look.
I'm lost in what went wrong here and I get like 10 errors of the same kind for CCOR, all mods updated, installed fresh, all patches installed and turning them off doesn't help so gotta be something with mods or me being stupid, I can skip it and play but if there's a problem then I'd like to fix that. File for the error is ACE - ISC Patch_SRD.yaml and for CCOR errors is CompleteCraftingOverhaulRemastered - ISC Patch_SRD.yaml
Can someone tell me if this mod should be installed before Immersive Sounds Compendium or after? I'm asking because I'm an idiot and don't know modding that well.
Hey, Your not an idiot. It's just not your expertise. We all need help sometimes.
From what I can see this mod can be installed first to lay down the ground work for other audio mods, and Immersive Sounds - Compendium overhauls the sound files, which means it can go below this mod in your load order. should be able to confirm this by using LOOT or something similar to check your load order.
Modding Skyrim is like taking on a private masters degree in dozens of different things that all spiderweb around a core focus of making a painting better. Believe me you are NOT an idiot. There are so many things I don't understand about modding it baffles me how mod authors create some of the stuff they do.
Seconded, if it all possible, please! I always assumed this was possible with SRD. Finally got around to trying to change these Helgen brazier fires since they sound like airplanes with Satafinix's new mod and was surprised they weren't. Just realized as I was typing this that I was mixing some of theirs in with yours (thanks btw!).
This has a weird interaction with enhanced blood textures, because when i disable this, i get the corret hit colors on creatures ( spiders) green, but when i enable this plugin, the blood goes red again, do you know why??
Are we able to add a random chance to MGEF release in our YAMLs? I'm trying to give a shout a random chance to play one of 4 different sounds specified in individual descriptors (as keeping them in one descriptor didn't work for randomization) but it's only playing the first one still.
Question, and I apologize if I should have understood this from reading the description. This mod patches records for plugins in order, as per the plugin load order? and then for loose records, does them in alphabetical order? and so if I have two mods with .yaml files that target armor, and neither are tied to a plugin, do I need to rename them if I want one mod to win, or layer over, the other mod?
