In the hope of encouraging users to pick up the tools and DIY, here is an instructional video I made showing you how to create a patch for Mists of Tamriel, and your own weather mod, in SSEDIT.
NOTES:
You have to add the default weather, it's required for mod functionality.
I only did the default weather and Skyrim Cloudy, because doing the whole thing takes too long, the video is already over 6 minutes long, just doing two weathers - however, in your patch, you will forward all the edited weathers in the Mists of Tamriel plugin - you'll get the idea, just watch the video.
If you make a patch, and host it, and that patch supercedes the ones listed here, inform me of your mod via Nexus DM, and I will take my patch down in favour of yours.

Fantastic mod! But there is a weird distant glitch when used with obsidian weathers (Yes I got the right version of this mod). The distant fogs on mountains placed by obsidian weathers change weirdly from white to black when moving the camera. This happens only on medium / highest settings, which are the best looking to be honest. Anyone came across this bug and know how to resolve? Happens a lot around the plain near whiterun and is way too distracting to be unnoticed
I am using Azurite and the patch and it is happening for me too, looking at the distant mountains from Goldenhills. The clouds go from dark grey to white and some of the distant fog disappears and re-appears as I pan left and right.
EDIT: Setting the mists to subtle fixed it. I like the effect and chose to switch to this from Volumetric Mists which looked similar
Are you sure it's this mod? This is a bug I've had before getting this mod, with just Obsidian weather by itself. Often happens around the path to High Hrothgar, or the path between Helgen and the Rift.
I saw this too and finally isolated it to the otherwise excellent Mists of Tamriel. My fix, which seems to work so far, is to completely disable all three of the Volumetric Mists in this mod's MCM menu. The default value, at least for the modlist I'm running, was to have the top-most one checked (subtle), but I finally figured out you don't have to have ANY of them checked. Once I unchecked the subtle one, the flickering of fog/mist in certain weather conditions seems to be completely gone.
Now compatible with Mists of Tamriel but AWII must overwrite. Do not use the AW 1.87 patch. Please enable any of the volumetric mist options via the MCM. I recommend disabling the distant animated fogs and leaving morning fogs enabled.

Same question... But I think I'll just keep my MOT for Nat ENB patch and MOT Bersyrker patch in the previous version 1.1 as this has worked well for over a year.
Since you added DynDOLOD exclusion file in 1.3 you should update the description to let users know you no longer need to disable the esp before running DynDOLOD
