Does the INI change the game files or is it just telling you what to change when you pull up Skyrim.ini and Skyrimprefs.ini
Also do we have to get rid of your explanation for the settings to take effect? -
Hello! I have a question: to use brighter nights, is it enough to install only Dolomite Weathers - NLVA II v1.0 - Dolomite Weathers.esp, or do I also need to add something like textures or the Dolomite Weathers.ini file, as it was in version Dolomite Weathers v1.6, to ensure everything works correctly?

This is one of my favorite weather mods.
Only issue I'm having is that my companions light their torches while it's still afternoon, with broad daylight.
Also, sometimes there's a broken cloud texture in the middle of the sky.
I like the color pallete of this more than that of Obsidian's. -
This paired with Surreal lighting mod is unmatched

Doesn't seem to be working in version 1.6.1130

The sky is pretty, but I do not like the giant black cylinder limiting my field of view at night.

i can't find any info on whether this includes indoor rain noises
EDIT: just checked. doesn't add any -
absolutely unbelievable! this mod is the #1 in my opinion, i have tried many. one major issue worthy of uninstall though- the days are so insanely bright that it's painful to look at, same with the fog in the forests near riften sometimes. that was without other lighting or shader mods. with the additions of other lighting and shader mods it becomes worse. i do not have a way to get sky UI to work on my game so idk how i would manually adjust the values but if you know any tricks or additional mods that could help me i would be forever grateful
