-> added Alechmy Table (Riften - Mistveil Keep) -> added Nord Table -> improved Main Table -> Changed main table upper texture to wood -> optimized textures to decrease file size -> new and better textures -> added some more swaps
I like the version of the base table I can see in the Images on this page, with horns. I prefer that version over the current BOS version with the crown. Would it be possible to let us choose between bare skull, horns, and crown?
So, this is probably not what you had in mind, but this mod has actually provided something I had been looking for a long time, namely a good looking, neutral enchanting table. I've always disliked the vanilla table because the (troll?) skull makes it look a bit evil, which is a good look if that's your goal, but for the default table I'd prefer something more neutral, like the altar of enchanting (the equivalent) back in Oblivion.
There are a few mods out there that remove the skull but the looks are not that great.
This mod adds a default table that's even more evil-looking (in fact, it's weird to me that you added a necromancer version when the default one already uses a human skull, implying necromancy) but the Dwemer table you added in the variants version is EXACTLY what I've been looking for. I simply edited the esp to replace the default table with the Dwemer design.
- The first is an esp, which replaces the default version of the table with the new one and adds all the variants.
- The second is the Base Object Swapper document, which tells the game the specific tables that should be replaced with the variants. That's how BOS works.
Open the esp with SSEEdit. (You do know how to use it, don't you? It's essential for modding Skyrim. If not, don't worry, it's pretty simple. It may look like nonsense at first but if you can read it becomes self explanatory).
Find the entry for the default table (it's the only one that modifies a vanilla entry, the other ones are new) and the one for the dwemer table (been a while since I did this, but it has the word "dwemer" or "dwarven" somewhere).
I thought all of mine were the same too, but have you tried looking at the variant locations listed on the description page? e.g. there should be a necromancer one in the basement of Anise's Cabin near Riverwood.

Just to make sure, it’s an Alchemie themed enchanting table.

And then it's just a simple copy + paste.
